GIS在京唐公司综合管网系统中的应用

【摘要】:综合管网是钢铁公司重要的基础设施,担负着物资、能源和信息的输送任务,是钢铁公司赖以生存和发展的动力命脉,所以加强综合管网管理对钢铁公司安全与发展具有极为重大的意义。 本文主要是针对首钢京唐公司,研究GIS在京唐公司综合管网系统中的应用。通过对京唐公司综合管网现状的分析,提出GIS是综合管网系统管理发展的必然趋势,GIS不仅满足综合管网系统的业务需求,还能够提升管网系统的管理水平。 综合管网GIS系统基于MapGIS平台,开发过程中以AutoCAD、3Dmax两种软件进行图形辅助设计。该项目依照规划目标,设计硬件系统、数据集成平台、三维建模以及管网模型分析等内容。在京唐公司综合管网GIS系统功能展示中,该系统展示了系统的数据编辑、定位、统计以及查询功能,事故发生时的消防栓搜索、爆管分析功能,在管理方面展示了管网横纵剖面展示以及三维管网展示功能、变电站管理功能、隧道管理功能以及SCADA数据显示功能,以及视频实时监控功能、三维厂区浏览等功能。 通过GIS应用于京唐公司综合管网系统,京唐公司综合管网系统在能源信息化管理方面有显著提升,有效避免恶性事故的发生,减少经济损失,,保证了正常生产。该系统成功采用了大量的先进技术,大大提高了京唐公司的能源管理的自主集成与创新能力,为进一步将该项技术推向市场,打下了坚实的基础。
[Abstract]:Integrated pipe network is an important infrastructure for steel companies, which is responsible for the transportation of materials, energy and information, and is the lifeblood of the survival and development of steel companies. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the comprehensive pipe network management for the safety and development of iron and steel companies. This paper focuses on the application of GIS in the integrated pipe network system of Shougang Jingtang Company. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the integrated pipe network in Jingtang Company, it is pointed out that GIS is the inevitable trend of the management and development of the integrated pipe network system. It can not only meet the business needs of the integrated pipe network system, but also enhance the management level of the comprehensive pipe network system. The integrated pipe network GIS system is based on MapGIS platform. In the process of development, two kinds of AutoCAD,3Dmax software are used for graphic aided design. According to the planning goal, the project designs hardware system, data integration platform, 3D modeling and pipe network model analysis. In the function display of GIS system of integrated pipeline network of Jingtang Company, the system displays the functions of data editing, positioning, statistics and query, fire hydrant search and pipe burst analysis at the time of the accident. In the aspect of management, the functions of pipe network horizontal profile display and 3D pipe network display, substation management function, tunnel management function and SCADA data display function, video real-time monitoring function, 3D factory area browsing function and so on are presented. Through the application of GIS in the comprehensive pipe network system of Jingtang Company, the comprehensive pipe network system of Jingtang Company has a remarkable improvement in energy information management, which effectively avoids the occurrence of malignant accidents, reduces economic losses and ensures normal production. The system has successfully adopted a large number of advanced technologies, greatly improved the independent integration and innovation ability of the energy management of Jingtang Company, and laid a solid foundation for the further introduction of this technology to the market.
