基于天地图的三维公众服务系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:地理信息服务是在地理信息系统和互联网技术迅猛发展的背景下产生的,它能够为互联网用户提供实时的、丰富的位置信息相关服务。公众地理信息服务系统是地理信息服务社会化发展的产物,它面向公众、以专业的、灵活多样的方式为公众提供丰富多彩的地理信息服务。目前,很多部门已经尝试将公众地理信息服务应用到实践中去,并取得了良好的成果。地理信息系统中最重要的是地理信息数据,,公众地理信息服务系统中存在的问题时数据共享格式不统一,实时更新困难,这也是制约公众地理信息系统发展的一个重要原因。 本论文的目的就是尝试寻求公众地理信息系统更适合的解决方案。论文基于天地图地图服务的进行开发,利用其提供的免费API以及其开放性、易用性、共享性和高分辨率影像等特点,设计实现了以潍坊市为例的公众地理信息服务系统。同时考虑到三维地理信息系统的实用性,因此在公众系统的设计上是运用二三维一体化技术,完成了系统的需求分析、架构设计、详细设计、编码以及运行等各阶段工作。该系统基于天地图,满足了公众地理信息服务的基本需求和技术要求;实现了将城市公交、驾车,兴趣点的地理信息的整合,提供了多种信息查询方式,在一张图上实现信息的查询和共享。
[Abstract]:Geographical information service is produced under the background of the rapid development of geographic information system and Internet technology. It can provide real-time and rich location information related services for Internet users. The public geographic information service system is the product of the socialized development of the geographical information service. It faces the public and provides rich and colorful geographic information service to the public in a professional, flexible and diverse way. At present, many departments have tried to apply public geographic information service to practice and achieved good results. The most important thing in GIS is geographic information data. The data sharing format is not uniform and it is difficult to update in real time when there are some problems in public GIS. This is also an important reason that restricts the development of public GIS. The purpose of this paper is to try to find a more suitable solution for public GIS. Based on the development of Tian map service, this paper designs and implements a public geographic information service system taking Weifang City as an example, using its free API and its characteristics of openness, ease of use, sharing and high resolution image. At the same time, considering the practicability of 3D GIS, the design of public system is based on the technology of integration of two and three dimensions, and the system needs analysis, architecture design, detailed design, coding and operation are completed. Based on the sky map, the system meets the basic needs and technical requirements of the public geographic information service. It realizes the integration of geographic information of urban public transport, driving, and points of interest, provides a variety of information query methods, and realizes information query and sharing on a map.
