WebGIS技术在城市再生水利用管理中的应用研究

【摘要】:水资源短缺问题是世界各大中城市面临的主要问题。再生水,也称为中水,是城市污水、废水经污水处理厂或再生水处理站净化处理后达到国家标准,能在一定范围内使用的非饮用水。再生水来源于城市污水,其数量巨大、稳定、不受气候条件和其它自然条件的限制,被誉为城市的“第二水源”,只要有城市污水产生,就有可靠的再生水源。因此,再生水利用已成为目前解决城市水资源短缺问题的有效途径。 随着再生水资源利用的深入推进,城市再生水管网的规模不断扩大,再生水生产和处理设施的数量迅速增加,同时,再生水信息资源的管理难度也急剧增大。城市规划、建设和管理部门迫切需要对城市建设过程中积累的大量再生水生产、输送和处理数据资料进行信息化、科学化的管理和分析。近年来,GIS技术以其强大的空间处理能力得到广泛的应用和发展,将GIS技术应用于市政再生水利用管理,已是必然的趋势。 本文针对城市再生水利用信息管理的特点,综合应用WebGIS技术、空间数据库技术和计算机网络技术,结合昆明再生水生产、管理和运营部门的业务流程和应用需求,研究和开发“滇池流域再生水利用综合信息平台”。该平台采用C/S和B/S混合的网络体系架构,由再生水利用WebGIS、再生水处理远程数据管理、再生水空间数据管理、再生水信息WEB发布、用户管理五个子系统构成。 论文详细阐述了再生水利用信息平台的分析、设计与开发过程。重点阐述基于ArcGIS Server、REST架构、Flex等WebGIS开发技术的原理和方法。在对昆明市再生水管理部门的业务需求进行分析的基础上,设计和实现了再生水利用空间数据库。论文给出了再生水信息平台的功能设计,以及部分功能实现结果,并对论文工作进行了总结和展望。 该平台已应用于昆明市再生水管理部门,实现了滇池流域再生水利用的空间可视化管理与分析,有效提高再生水利用行业的管理效率,为滇池流域水资源综合利用、水环境改善及滇池污染治理提供全面、准确的基础数据和科学的决策支持。
[Abstract]:The shortage of water resources is the main problem faced by large and medium cities in the world. Reclaimed water, also known as reclaimed water, is a kind of non-drinking water that can be used in a certain range after being purified and treated by sewage treatment plant or reclaimed water treatment station. The reclaimed water comes from municipal sewage, which is large and stable, and is not restricted by climate and other natural conditions. It is regarded as the "second water source" of the city. As long as the municipal sewage is produced, there is a reliable renewable water source. Therefore, the utilization of reclaimed water has become an effective way to solve the shortage of urban water resources. With the further development of the utilization of renewable water resources, the scale of urban renewable water pipe network is expanding, the number of reclaimed water production and treatment facilities is increasing rapidly, at the same time, the management difficulty of reclaimed water information resources is also increasing rapidly. Urban planning, construction and management departments urgently need to carry out information, scientific management and analysis on a large number of recycled water production, transportation and processing data collected in the process of urban construction. In recent years, GIS technology has been widely used and developed with its powerful spatial processing ability. It is an inevitable trend to apply GIS technology to municipal reclaimed water utilization and management. According to the characteristics of urban reclaimed water utilization information management, this paper synthetically applies WebGIS technology, spatial database technology and computer network technology, combined with the business process and application demand of Kunming reclaimed water production, management and operation department. Research and development of "Dianchi Lake Basin Reclamation Water Utilization Integrated Information platform". The platform is composed of five subsystems, namely, remote data management of reclaimed water using WebGIS, spatial data management of reclaimed water, WEB release of reclaimed water information and user management. In this paper, the analysis, design and development process of the information platform for reclaimed water utilization are described in detail. The principle and method of WebGIS development technology based on ArcGIS Server,REST architecture, Flex and so on are expounded. On the basis of analyzing the business demand of Kunming reclaimed water management department, the spatial database of reclaimed water utilization is designed and realized. In this paper, the function design of the reclaimed water information platform and the results of some functions are given, and the work of the paper is summarized and prospected. The platform has been applied to the management department of reclaimed water in Kunming City. It has realized the spatial visual management and analysis of the reclaimed water utilization in the Dianchi Lake Basin, effectively improved the management efficiency of the recycling water utilization industry, and is the comprehensive utilization of water resources in the Dianchi Lake Basin. The improvement of water environment and the pollution control of Dianchi Lake provide comprehensive, accurate basic data and scientific decision support.
