基于信息化业务流程的测绘仪器检定系统研发

【摘要】:近年来,随着我国测绘技术的快速发展,测绘仪器种类,使用数量也迅速增长。仪器检定机构现行的基于人工记录的非信息化检定工作模式已难以应对测绘仪器检定业务量日益增长、检定数据处理内容越发繁琐以及检定管理工作比重增加的问题。将针对这一系列问题,通过设计信息化的检定新流程,开发基于新流程测绘仪器计量检定系统,将现行的人力手工检定工作模式转为分工更加明确、信息化程度更高、数据管理更规范的工作模式,进而改善检定工作流程结构、提高检定工作自动化程度,实现降低检定工作强度、提高检定工作效率的目的。本文的主要研究内容及成果如下:(1)分析现行测绘仪器检定工作方式,提出了一种新的检定流程现阶段仪检工作主要所采用的手工记录配合计算机辅助程序的方式存在着自动化程度低、重复工作量大、人工参与程度高、信息管理能力弱以及缺乏过程控制等问题。针对这些问题,提出了一种信息化检定工作流程,通过充分利用以检定任务为基础的相关信息,将检定业务分解于检定室、管理系统和采集系统三个应用角色,实现了仪器检定工作职能的合理划分,优化了检定工作流程、降低了工作强度、排除了人工参与的不确定性并为检定工作的管理决策提供了重要依据。(2)设计测绘仪器检定软件功能,开发了一套基于新流程的检定系统针对所提出的信息化检定流程,以任务管理子系统为中心,检定数据采集子系统为手段构建了一套基于WEB/APP框架的信息化测绘仪器检定系统。该系统实现了包括接件登记、数据采集、检定计算、报告编制、信息管理等检定业务的信息化结合,提高了检定工作的自动化程度、缩短了检定工作周期。另外,通过采用组件式的设计结构,保证了检定系统的可更新性,较好地满足了日益变化的实际检定需求。实例应用与模块测试的结果表明,所提出的信息化测绘仪器检定工作流程,职能分划合理、业务结构完善;研发的检定系统,功能健全、使用方便、可更新性好。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of surveying and mapping technology in China, the variety and use of surveying and mapping instruments are increasing rapidly. The current non-information verification mode based on manual record of instrument verification organization has been difficult to cope with the problems of increasing business volume of surveying and mapping instrument verification data processing and increasing proportion of verification management work. In view of this series of problems, by designing a new flow of information verification, developing a measuring and verification system for surveying and mapping instruments based on the new process, the current manual verification mode of manpower will be transformed into a clearer division of labor and a higher degree of informatization. The more standardized work mode of data management can improve the structure of verification work flow, improve the degree of automation of verification work, reduce the intensity of verification work and improve the efficiency of verification work. The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows: (1) analyzing the current working mode of surveying and mapping instrument verification, In this paper, a new verification process is put forward. In the present stage, the manual recording and computer aided program, which are mainly used in the instrument and inspection work, have low degree of automation, large repeated workload, and high degree of manual participation. Weak information management ability and lack of process control and other issues. Aiming at these problems, a workflow of information verification is put forward. By fully utilizing the relevant information based on the verification task, the verification business is decomposed into three application roles: the verification room, the management system and the acquisition system. It realizes the reasonable division of the work function of instrument verification, optimizes the work flow of verification, and reduces the working intensity. The uncertainty of manual participation is eliminated and an important basis is provided for the management decision of verification work. (2) the function of verification software for surveying and mapping instruments is designed and a verification system based on new process is developed for the proposed information verification process. Taking the task management subsystem as the center and the verification data collection subsystem as the means, a set of information-based surveying and mapping instrument verification system based on WEB/APP framework is constructed. The system realizes the information combination of registration, data acquisition, verification calculation, report compilation, information management and so on. It improves the automation of verification work and shortens the working period of verification. In addition, by adopting the component design structure, the renews of the verification system is ensured, and the changing requirement of the verification system is well met. The results of practical application and module test show that the proposed verification process of information surveying and mapping instruments is reasonable in function division and perfect in business structure, and the verification system of R & D has a sound function, is convenient to use, and can be renewed well.
