基于GIS技术的西北地区山地城市道路优化设计初探

【摘要】:随着西北城市建设用地的快速扩张,向山地发展由于能够解决严峻的人地矛盾问题,因此逐渐成为西北城市发展的方向。但是,当前西北山地城市道路规划设计缺乏符合地域特征的合理规划技术手段,道路规划仍然套用传统平原城市的规划技术方法,山地城市道路网建设的“建设性破坏”与“破坏性建设”现象时有发生,导致城市生态危机与自然地质灾害频发。 本研究以西北山地城市道路规划为研究对象,以城市控制性详细规划中道路网方案优化设计为研究重点,试图通过地理信息系统(GIS)对传统山地城市道路规划技术进行修正与优化,形成一套基于GIS技术的西北山地城市道路优化设计技术路线,并尝试运用于《彭阳县城悦龙新区控制性详细规划》中的道路方案优化设计中。论文首先对国内外山地城市道路规划相关研究进行回顾与总结,提出当前我国山地城市道路规划技术方法在面对西北独特自然、社会与经济情况时的局限性,同时分析研究山地城市道路规划的特征,为构建西北地区特色的山地城市道路优化设计提供了理论支撑。其次在系统分析山地城市道路交通系统特征的基础上,将地理信息系统(GIS)技术引入山地城市道路评价与设计中,利用GIS技术在基础数据分类整理与空间分析等方面的优点,综合分析影响山地城市道路布局的诸多因子,,通过因子分析法、费用模型建立等方式,构建一套适用于西北山地城市特色并能够覆盖城市道路宏观、中观与微观层面的优化设计方法,提高山地城市道路规划方案的科学性与可实施性。 通过对GIS技术的分析与研究,将其引入城市道路规划设计中,建立一套适应西北山地城市道路网优化设计的技术路线,提高城市道路规划的效率、与规划方案的科学性与合理性,为我国西北山地城市道路方案优化提供有益的参考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid expansion of urban construction land in Northwest China, the development of mountainous areas has gradually become the direction of urban development in Northwest China because of its ability to solve the severe contradiction between man and land. However, at present, the road planning and design of mountainous cities in northwest China is lack of reasonable planning technical means in accordance with the regional characteristics, and the road planning still applies the planning techniques of the traditional plain cities. The phenomenon of "constructive destruction" and "destructive construction" in the construction of road network in mountainous cities occurs from time to time, which leads to the frequent occurrence of urban ecological crisis and natural geological disasters. This study focuses on the urban road planning in northwest mountainous areas, and the optimal design of the road network scheme in the urban control detailed planning. This paper attempts to modify and optimize the traditional mountain city road planning technology through (GIS), and form a set of technical route of road optimization design based on GIS technology in northwest mountainous cities. It also tries to be applied to the optimal design of the road scheme in the controlled detailed Planning of Yuelong New District in Pengyang County. Firstly, the paper reviews and summarizes the related research on the road planning of mountainous cities at home and abroad, and points out the limitations of the current technology and methods of mountain city road planning in the face of the unique natural, social and economic situation in Northwest China. At the same time, the characteristics of mountain city road planning are analyzed and studied, which provides theoretical support for the construction of mountain city road optimization design with the characteristics of Northwest China. Secondly, on the basis of systematically analyzing the characteristics of road traffic system in mountainous cities, the (GIS) technology is introduced into the evaluation and design of mountain city roads, and the advantages of GIS technology in the classification and spatial analysis of basic data are used. Comprehensive analysis of many factors affecting the road layout in mountainous cities, through factor analysis, cost model establishment, etc., to build a set of characteristics applicable to the northwest mountain cities and can cover the urban road macro, The optimization design method of meso and micro level can improve the scientificalness and practicability of the road planning scheme in mountainous cities. Through the analysis and research of GIS technology, this paper introduces it into the urban road planning and design, and establishes a set of technical routes suitable for the optimization design of the road network in the northwest mountainous cities, so as to improve the efficiency of the urban road planning. The scientific and reasonable planning scheme provides a useful reference for the optimization of the road plan in the mountainous cities of Northwest China.
