基于WebGIS的土地登记管理系统的设计与实现
[Abstract]:The research and construction of land management information system based on network integration has become one of the hot issues in land management information system. There are still some problems in networking, data sharing, multi-user concurrency, large amount of data management and application, which restrict the wide application of traditional land information system. Based on the integration of WebGIS technology and other mature technology systems, this paper makes a general framework of land management information system based on WebGIS, and puts forward the land spatial data model based on WebGIS and its organization ideas and methods. The database model of land management is built according with the actual situation of our country and the application demand of land management. The development platform of land management information system is built with the components of MapXtreme series. The system is economical and practical. It can not only meet the needs of daily business circulation, office and document, but also serve the needs of information inquiry and decision-making of urban residents. It realizes the scientific and informational work of land management. It will lay a solid foundation for the construction of Digital City and Digital Land. Through analysis and research, the paper is divided into five parts. The first part, through the analysis and research on the land management information system at home and abroad, expounds the purpose, significance and main content of this paper. In the second part, the development of land management information system (GIS) from platform GIS to component land management information system (GIS) is introduced. Secondly, this paper expatiates the related technology of WebGIS, summarizes the working mode of WebGIS in the land management information system, analyzes and compares the current mainstream WebGIS platform and the development trend. Finally, the development of land management information system based on WebGIS is analyzed and compared. In the third part, based on the background of the project development, the principles of the system and the analysis of the land registration theory, the overall framework of the land management information system based on WebGIS is designed. After a brief introduction to the implementation of WebGIS technology and the analysis of the requirements of GIS application, MapXtreme series components are selected to build the development platform of land management information system. The design of three functional modules and the design of database are described emphatically. In the fourth part, the development environment and implementation scheme of WebGIS land management information system are introduced, with emphasis on the implementation of land registration function, land survey module and land query and statistics module. In the fifth part, the thesis is summarized and the application of WebGIS land management information system is prospected.
