基于GIS项目管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】:针对项目周期长、分布广、布控范围小等特点进行分析研究,整合项目各阶段数据信息、将现代项目管理理论与GIS技术结合并应用到项目管理当中,开发了基于GIS的项目管理系统。着重介绍GIS在项目管理系统中空间查询、空间分析以及空间可视化表达构建专题图,热力图等功能,加强企业对客户源、项目地点、相关单位辐射范围的宏观把握,全局可视化掌控各行政区项目密集度,项目完成状态等,及时掌握项目时间与空间分布与变化,为企业更好地规划和发展提供数据处理分析平台和决策支持,进一步提高企业的管理信息化水平。
[Abstract]:In view of the characteristics of long project cycle, wide distribution and small scope of control, this paper analyzes and studies, integrates the data information of each stage of the project, combines the modern project management theory with GIS technology and applies it to the project management. A project management system based on GIS is developed. This paper mainly introduces the functions of GIS in the project management system, such as spatial query, spatial analysis, spatial visualization, construction of thematic map and thermal map, etc., so as to strengthen the macroscopic grasp of the radiation range of customer source, project location and related units. Global visualization controls project intensity, project completion status, and so on, and timely grasps the distribution and change of project time and space, and provides data processing and analysis platform and decision support for better planning and development of enterprises. Further improve the level of enterprise management information.
