基于网络的地理信息在线更新技术及实现方法研究

【摘要】:现如今,数字城市已经如火如荼的在全国各个省市开展起来,数字城市不仅仅推动了城市信息化的建设,更重要的是从根本上促进越来越多的城市建立起自己的城市基础地理信息数据库,并以此作为数据基础扩展出地理信息公共平台数据集,搭建起地理信息公共平台,为了保证地理信息公共平台数据集的现势性,很有必要对其进行动态的维护与更新。从我国目前的情况来看,地理信息公共平台数据集的更新是基于城市基础地理信息数据库的更新而更新的,城市基础地理信息获取的周期和流程具有一定的标准规范,能够较好的实现基础地理信息的更新,基本能够满足公众的应用。但是随着城市建设的加快,城市基础地理信息的变化也越来越快,公众对城市地理信息公共平台数据的现势性要求越来越高,常规的基础地理信息更新技术因其时效性低明显无法满足用户的需要,所以快速将新的城市基础地理信息更新到城市地理信息公共平台数据集并应用于城市信息化建设,很好的解决城市地理信息公共平台数据集更新的时效性问题是本文的研究重点。通过分析国内地理信息公共平台数据集更新的弊端,并研究了国外先进的地理信息在线更新技术及其涉及的关键技术,旨在实现地理信息公共平台数据集的在线更新,研究的内容如下: (1)研究地理信息在线编辑的实现原理,并结合其作用和优势,确定了地理信息在线编辑的实现流程。 (2)研究目前几种常见的时空数据模型,并加以分析比较,根据本文实际情况,提出了一种结合“连续快照”和“基态修正”的时空数据模型,解决了数据源存储库的时空模型设计。 (3)设计数据源存储库的架构,将数据源存储库划分为现状库、历史库和中间库,并阐述了三库之间的关系。 (4)以地理信息的变更模式和区域更新的原则作为导向,结合三种数据源的实际情况,整理出针对三种数据源更新的思路,并提出对三种数据源的更新方法和历史回溯的机制。通过对以上内容的深入研究,提出地理信息在线编辑的设计流程,确定矢量存储库的整体设计,提出针对三种数据源的更新方法和历史回溯机制,并以此开发了地理信息在线更新系统,验证了本文提出的地理信息在线更新方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:Now, the digital city has been in full swing in all provinces and cities throughout the country, digital city has not only promoted the construction of urban information, More importantly, it is essential to promote more and more cities to set up their own urban basic geographic information database, which can be used as the data basis to expand the geographic information public platform data set and build the geographical information public platform. In order to ensure the present situation of geographic information common platform data set, it is necessary to maintain and update it dynamically. According to the current situation in our country, the update of the data set of the public platform of geographic information is based on the update of the urban basic geographic information database, and the period and process of obtaining the urban basic geographic information has certain standard and standard. Can better realize the basic geographical information update, basically can satisfy the public application. However, with the acceleration of urban construction, the change of urban basic geographic information is becoming faster and faster, and the public demand for the data of public platform of urban geographic information is becoming higher and higher. Because the traditional basic geographic information updating technology can not meet the needs of the users obviously because of its low timeliness, the new urban basic geographic information is quickly updated to the urban geographic information public platform data set and applied to the urban information construction. It is the focus of this paper to solve the timeliness problem of updating urban geographic information public platform data set. By analyzing the disadvantages of updating the data set of the common geographic information platform in China, this paper studies the advanced online updating technology of geographical information and the key technologies involved in it, in order to realize the online updating of the data set of the common geographic information platform. The contents of the research are as follows: (1) the realization principle of online editing of geographic information is studied, and the realization flow of online editing of geographic information is determined by combining its function and advantage. (2) several common spatio-temporal data models are studied and compared. According to the actual situation of this paper, a spatio-temporal data model combining "continuous snapshot" and "ground state correction" is proposed. The design of spatiotemporal model of data source repository is solved. (3) Design the structure of the data source repository, divide the data source repository into the status quo library, the history library and the intermediate library, and expound the relationship between the three repositories. (4) taking the changing mode of geographical information and the principle of regional updating as the guidance, combining the actual situation of three kinds of data sources, the paper puts forward the idea of updating the three kinds of data sources. The updating method of three kinds of data sources and the mechanism of historical backtracking are put forward. Through the thorough research of the above contents, the design flow of online editing of geographic information is put forward, the overall design of vector repository is determined, and the updating method and historical backtracking mechanism for three kinds of data sources are proposed. The online update system of geographic information is developed, and the feasibility of the online updating method of geographical information proposed in this paper is verified.
