3G视频监控及GPS定位技术的系统研究和应用

【摘要】:随着3G/4G移动通信网络和计算机技术的快速发展,移动互联网从很多方面改善了人们传统的生活方式,3G/4G移动网络具有带宽宽、高安全性等突出特点,能够突破长距离数字化无线监控一直以来难以简单实现的瓶颈,为无线视频监控开辟了一条新的道路。 在这种实际环境之下笔者设计了一种移动视频监控及定位系统,为无线视频监控系统提出了一套完整的解决方案并进行了实现。该系统采用S3C6410处理器作为硬件基础,以mjpg、mediastream、Live555、VLC等开源项目为核心,3G移动通信网络作为网络传输媒介,采用H.264编解码方式实现视频的采集传输播放,并集成GPS模块进行位置数据的采集、传输、显示,实现移动目标的视频监控、定位功能.该系统的前端硬件设备小巧,易于使用。系统终端硬件以ARM11架构的CPU为核心,软件以基于嵌入式Linux操作系统的C语言及shell脚本设计,后台PC端软件集成了远程控制、电子地图显示和视频显示功能,采用C#及HTML语言设计。在系统实现后期加入了硬件编解码器MFC提高H.264编码效率,并且根据开源的PHP飞信接口完成免费发送短信控制远程终端的功能,而且还根据不同网络环境制定了不同版本的软件,并申请了一个使用新型专利。 本系统有机结合了计算机多媒体技术和移动互联网技术,可以应用于多种行业的具体业务之中,可提高业务的信息化程度和人员的工作效率。本文的设计思路可广泛用于车载监控、无线视频监控等等领域,具有较广泛的实用价值和推广的意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of 3G/4G mobile communication network and computer technology, mobile Internet has improved people's traditional way of life from many aspects. 3G/4G mobile network has the outstanding characteristics of wide bandwidth and high security. It can break through the bottleneck of long-distance digital wireless surveillance and open up a new way for wireless video surveillance. In this environment, a mobile video surveillance and positioning system is designed, and a complete solution for wireless video surveillance system is put forward and implemented. The system uses S3C6410 processor as the hardware foundation, mjpg,mediastream,Live555,VLC and other open source projects as the core, 3G mobile communication network as the network transmission medium, and H.264 encoding and decoding mode to realize the video acquisition, transmission and playback. And the integration of GPS module for position data acquisition, transmission, display, video monitoring, positioning of mobile targets. The front-end hardware of the system is compact and easy to use. The hardware of the system terminal is based on CPU of ARM11 architecture, and the software is designed with C language and shell script based on embedded Linux operating system. The backstage PC software integrates the functions of remote control, electronic map display and video display. C # and HTML language design. After the implementation of the system, the hardware codec MFC is added to improve the efficiency of H.264 coding, and according to the open source PHP Fetion interface, the function of sending short messages to control the remote terminal free of charge is completed. Different versions of the software have been developed according to different network environments, and a patent has been filed for the use of a new type of software. This system combines computer multimedia technology and mobile Internet technology organically. It can be applied to the specific business of various industries and can improve the informatization degree of business and the work efficiency of personnel. The design idea of this paper can be widely used in vehicle surveillance, wireless video surveillance and other fields, has a wide range of practical value and promotion significance.
