产业用地数据整合与建库关键技术研究

【摘要】:我国人多地少的国情和工业用地的快速增长的现状加剧了我国土地稀缺与用地需求之间的矛盾,使得产业发展与空间受限的矛盾进一步激化。产业用地结构不合理、布局不优化、功能不健全和利用效率低等问题逐渐暴露出来。而掌握城市化地区产业用地的分布、结构和功能布局、利用效率,分析我国土地使用的现实状况是实行集约节约用地制度,走资源节约型的城镇化发展道路的重要技术手段。“产业用地数据整合与建库关键技术研究”是“城市化地区产业用地集约化利用与调控技术研究与示范”建设项目的子课题,主要是综合运用地理信息系统、计算机科学技术、工程学技术、测绘科学等多项技术,,以合肥市为示范区,对合肥市产业用地综合数据进行了系统有效的分析、整合与建库,为相关其他课题的研究提供数据库标准和数据支撑。论文的主要内容有以下几个部分: (1)分析了产业用地源数据的组成、分类、获取与存储方式,对数据进行整理归纳,提取出建设产业用地数据库所需要的源数据,并对这些数据的特点做了分析; (2)通过分析产业用地要素对象本质特征,创建产业用地要素对象数据模型、分类体系、编码方法、空间数据结构、属性数据结构和数据交换格式等数据标准模型,结合产业用地编制的要求和原则,制定《产业用地综合数据库标准》。 (3)论文基于Geodatabase数据模型,研究了产业用地数据整合的技术路线与关键技术体系,并以此为基础对各土地数据与经济普查数据进行了整合实现,得到建立数据库所需各类规范数据。为使繁杂的经济普查数据入库便捷,论文用C#、ARC Engine手段进行开发,实现了Excel表格数据向ArcGIS表格数据方便、快速、一体化地转换。 (4)在数据整合后,基于Geodatabase,使用CASE工具设计产业用地数据库模型,然后对符合规范的相关数据入库,得到产业用地综合数据库,并对产业用地综合数据库管理系统做了简要的阐述。
[Abstract]:The situation of more people and less land and the rapid growth of industrial land have aggravated the contradiction between land scarcity and land demand in our country, and further intensified the contradiction between industrial development and space restriction. The problems such as unreasonable structure of industrial land, unoptimized layout, imperfect function and low utilization efficiency are exposed gradually. However, mastering the distribution, structure and function distribution of industrial land, utilizing efficiency and analyzing the actual situation of land use in China are the important technical means to implement intensive land saving system and take the road of resource-saving urbanization. Research on the key Technology of data Integration and Database Construction of Industrial Land is a sub-project of "Research and demonstration of intensive Utilization and Control Technology of Industrial Land in urbanized areas", which is mainly the comprehensive use of GIS, computer science and technology. Engineering technology, surveying and mapping science and many other technologies, taking Hefei as an example area, the comprehensive data of industrial land in Hefei are systematically and effectively analyzed, integrated and built, and database standards and data support are provided for the research of other related topics. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the composition, classification, acquisition and storage methods of industrial land source data are analyzed, the data are sorted and summarized, and the source data needed for construction industry land database is extracted. The characteristics of these data are analyzed. (2) by analyzing the essential characteristics of industrial land element object, the data standard models, such as data model, classification system, coding method, spatial data structure, attribute data structure and data exchange format, are established. Combined with the requirements and principles of industrial land preparation, the Industrial Land Comprehensive Database Standard was formulated. (3) based on the Geodatabase data model, the paper studies the technical route and key technology system of the integration of industrial land data, and on the basis of which, the integration of land data and economic census data is realized. Get all kinds of standard data needed to establish the database. In order to make the complicated data of economic census convenient to be stored in the database, this paper develops the data from Excel to ArcGIS by means of CZ and ARC Engine, and realizes the convenient, rapid and integrated transformation from the tabular data to the ArcGIS data. (4) after data integration, the industrial land database model is designed by using CASE tool based on Geodatabase, and then the relevant data are put into the database to get the comprehensive industrial land database. At the same time, the comprehensive database management system of industrial land use is briefly described.
