农村地籍数字化成图系统设计与实现

【摘要】:随着我国农村经济的快速发展,农村土地的变化日新月异,农村土地的更新变得更加频繁、多样,传统的地籍成图软件已经不能满足当今农村地籍成图中的需求,从而导致权属调查繁琐、成图过程缓慢,为了提高土地资源的社会效益和经济效益,必须对土地资源进行高效、准确、及时的成图。因此建立一个科学化、高效化、规范化的农村地籍数字化成图系统显得非常重要。 本文系统在详细阐述了数字化成图软件的国内外研究现状的基础上,对现有农村地籍数字化成图软件成图效率不高、矢量与栅格数据结合有限、空间分析功能欠缺、更新速度缓慢、系统建设缺乏统一性、规范性以及盲目性等缺点进行了探讨,确定了该研究课题的必要性和建立一个功能完善、操作方便、成图高效、出图灵活的农村地籍数字化成图系统的必要性。 本文以农村土地产权改革为背景,,结合土地资源的图形描述等特点,以基于3S的土地调查技术、组件式GlS技术ArcGIS Engine技术以及土地资源各属性管理技术为基础,做了详细的需求分析,通过Geodatabase数据模型进行数据管理;以ArcGIS Engine为平台,对成图过程中的数据打开、要素编辑、图层管理、图形绘制、打印输出以及退出等操作进行了研究,得出一套有GIS功能适合农村地籍数字化的成图系统,基本实现了农村地籍数字化成图的需求。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's rural economy, the change of rural land changes with each passing day, the renewal of rural land has become more frequent and diverse, the traditional cadastral mapping software can no longer meet the needs of today's rural cadastral mapping. In order to improve the social and economic benefits of land resources, it is necessary to map the land resources efficiently, accurately and timely. Therefore, it is very important to establish a scientific, efficient and standardized rural cadastral digitization mapping system. On the basis of detailed description of the domestic and foreign research status of digital mapping software, this paper has low efficiency, limited combination of vector and raster data, and lack of spatial analysis function for the existing rural cadastral digitization mapping software, which has the advantages of low efficiency and limited combination of vector and raster data. The shortcomings such as slow updating speed, lack of unity, standardization and blindness of the system construction are discussed, and the necessity of the research subject and the establishment of a perfect function, convenient operation and high efficiency of drawing are determined. The necessity of digitalized mapping system of rural cadastre with flexible mapping. Based on the reform of rural land property rights and the characteristics of graphic description of land resources, this paper is based on the technology of land survey based on 3s, the technology of ArcGIS Engine based on component GlS and the technology of management of each attribute of land resources. Do the detailed requirement analysis, through the Geodatabase data model to carry on the data management; Based on ArcGIS Engine, this paper studies the operation of data opening, feature editing, layer management, graphics drawing, print output and exit in the process of mapping, and obtains a set of mapping system with GIS function suitable for the digitalization of rural cadastre. The basic realization of rural cadastral digital mapping needs.
