城市运行实景影像平台的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着城市各行业发展的不断完善,城市运行管理这一课题变得突出重要。传统GIS理论和应用,基本都局限在测绘行业或者是与之相关的政府事业部门,如园林、环保、警务系统等,但是涉及到用于城市管理的案例并不多。GIS具有的优势在城市管理中并没有得到广泛的应用,特别是基于位置和街道实景影像的应用,在城市管理方面很少。 城市运行实景影像平台系统,作为新时代城市运行管理与信息技术结合的产物,为城市运行管理提供快捷方便和有效的信息获取方式和管理手段。本文通过使用.NET和ArcGIS Server结合GIS理论深入结合城市运行管理中的部分案件进行系统的设计与实现。 城市运行管理部门缺乏GIS专业人员,,对GIS用于城市运行管理的概念很模糊,而且对于这样一个系统如何使用,有什么优势都存在疑惑。通过使用.NET和ArcGIS Server结合GIS理论和移动道路测量系统采集的街道实景影像数据,开发一个可以在线电子地图浏览、街道实景影像浏览、特殊案件查询、兴趣点查询与柱状全景和特殊路段360°全景浏览的网站系统,对于城市运行部门可以根据街道案件上报信息,准确定位案件事发地点,提高案件处理人员的工作效率具有很大作用。同时该系统还提供规划线路的设定与预览功能,方便政府部门采取重大活动线路的决策。

The advantages of GIS are not widely used in urban management, especially on the application of location and street live images. As a result of the integration of the city operation management and information technology in the new era, the urban operation real-view image platform system provides a quick and convenient and effective information acquisition mode and a management hand for urban operation management. in this context, Using. Through using. NET and ArcGIS Server combined with the GIS theory and the street live image data collected by the mobile road measurement system, an online electronic map browsing, street live image browsing, special case query, interest point inquiry and column-like panoramic and special section 360-degree panoramic browsing are developed. The station system can accurately position the incident place of the case according to the information of the street case, and improve the working efficiency of the case processing personnel. The system also provides the setting and preview function of the planning line, which is convenient for the government departments to take major active lines.
