基于WebGIS的野生动物调查数据管理系统研究与实现

【摘要】:野生动物是十分宝贵的自然资源,它的生存与发展维系着生态系统的平衡与稳定,是事关社会经济可持续发展的重要生态资本。我国政府把保护野生动物自然资源、改善生态环境列为一项基本国策,为保护世界濒危物种作出了巨大努力。了解和掌握野生动物种类、数量以及分布等最常用、最基本的方法就是进行野外调查。 大熊猫是我国特有的珍稀野生动物,我国政府十分重视大熊猫保护工作。国家林业局高度重视大熊猫资源定期调查工作,从上世纪70年代中期开始,先后开展了三次全国大熊猫调查,已经初步摸清了大熊猫的家底和保护情况,为强化大熊猫保护管理工作提供了重要参考。 随着地理信息系统(以下简称“GIS”)在各个领域的深入应用,网络地理信息系统(以下简称“WebGIS”)的应用也越来越广泛。运用WebGIS,可以使调查数据的管理和分析更加高效,也为全国大熊猫调查数据的管理提供了新的解决思路和方法。本论文着重研究如何运用WebGIS,为野生动物调查数据的管理提供服务。 论文通过对全国大熊猫调查数据管理现状以及WebGIS技术在野生动物调查领域应用现状的深入分析和总结,结合实际,研究了全国大熊猫调查数据的采集过程、管理方式和用途等,拟定了合适的系统平台和功能模块,选择ArcGIS Server平台为基础,结合Microsoft的Visual Studio2010,利用ASP.NET技术进行了系统的开发实现。 论文实现了客户端版和网页版两种数据上传功能,实现了网页上的数据查询、维护和分析等功能,不同角色的用户可以通过Web浏览器登录系统,实现权限内的相关操作。 论文的研究成果在于提出了一种行业内调查数据管理的解决方案,它既兼融了已有的数据采集录入模式,,又解决了分散的、异构的数据及时合并的问题,而且给出了一种方便快捷的查询管理和展示分析的系统平台。
[Abstract]:Wildlife is a very valuable natural resource, its survival and development maintain the balance and stability of the ecosystem, and it is an important ecological capital for the sustainable development of social economy. Our government has made great efforts to protect the natural resources of wild animals and improve the ecological environment as a basic national policy for the protection of endangered species in the world. The most commonly used methods are to know and master the species, quantity and distribution of wild animals, and the most basic method is to carry out field investigation. Giant panda is a rare wild animal unique to our country. Our government attaches great importance to the protection of giant panda. The State Forestry Administration attaches great importance to the regular investigation of giant panda resources. Since the mid-1970s, the State Forestry Administration has carried out three national giant panda surveys, and has preliminarily understood the family background and protection of giant pandas. It provides an important reference for the management of giant panda protection. With the deep application of geographic information system (GIS) in various fields, the application of network geographic information system (WebGIS) is becoming more and more extensive. The application of WebGIS, can make the management and analysis of the survey data more efficient and provide a new solution for the management of the survey data of giant pandas in China. This paper focuses on how to use WebGIS, to provide services for wildlife survey data management. Through the in-depth analysis and summary of the current situation of data management and the application of WebGIS technology in the field of wildlife investigation, this paper studies the collection process, management methods and uses of the survey data of giant pandas in the whole country, and so on. The suitable system platform and function module are proposed. Based on the ArcGIS Server platform and the Visual Studio2010, of Microsoft, the system is developed and realized by using ASP.NET technology. The paper realizes two kinds of data uploading functions: client version and web page version, realizes the functions of data query, maintenance and analysis on the web page. Users of different roles can log on to the system through Web browser, and realize the related operation within the authority. The research result of this paper is to put forward a kind of solution of the survey data management in the industry. It not only integrates the existing data collection and input mode, but also solves the problem of the scattered and heterogeneous data merging in time. Moreover, a convenient and quick system platform for query management and display analysis is given.
