基于WebGIS的渭河关中段水环境保护综合办公系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:渭河是黄河最大的支流,作为我国西部水资源缺乏、污染严重、经济欠发达地区多泥沙河流的典型代表,渭河水污染已经对区域生态环境和人民的日常生活带来了重大影响。建立基于3S技术的渭河水污染智能化数据库及管理系统,可以实现监测数据的实时读取、河流水质模拟以及源的回溯等功能。在系统的实际应用中,环境保护部门工作人员又提出跨平台办公、无纸化办公等要求。随着计算机网络技术的发展,使需求的实现变为可能。 本文基于地理信息系统、计算机网络和数据库,采用Java语言进行编程,数据库采用MySQL,使用经典的Spring框架来搭建系统整体框架;并将管理系统中已有的对地图的操作功能进行改进;使用ArcGIS REST服务将相关地图操作、空间信息的查询以及属性信息的查询等操作在浏览器中实现;使用JDBC技术实现Java对数据库的访问,实现用户对数据库的可视化访问;并对系统进行扩展,加入工作流引擎,使用JBPM框架,使水环境管理可以实现无纸化办公,并提高业务处理能力及办公效率。
[Abstract]:The Weihe River is the largest tributary of the Yellow River. As a typical representative of the sediment-laden rivers in the west of China due to the shortage of water resources and serious pollution, water pollution of the Weihe River has brought great influence on the regional ecological environment and the daily life of the people. The intelligent database and management system of Weihe River water pollution based on 3s technology is established, which can realize the real-time reading of monitoring data, the simulation of river water quality and the backtracking of source, etc. In the practical application of the system, the staff of the environmental protection department put forward the requirements of cross-platform office, paperless office and so on. With the development of computer network technology, the realization of demand becomes possible. This paper is based on geographic information system, computer network and database, using Java language to program, database using MySQL, using classical Spring framework to build the overall framework of the system; The operation function of map is improved in the management system, and the operation of map operation, spatial information query and attribute information query are realized in browser by using ArcGIS REST service. Using the JDBC technology to realize the Java to the database access, realizes the user to the database visual access; And expand the system, add workflow engine, use JBPM framework, so that water environment management can achieve paperless office, and improve business processing capacity and office efficiency.
