新闻媒体车辆GPS监控调度系统

【摘要】:随着时代的进步,信息传播从以前的单一媒体到现在的网络,手机等传播途径发生了巨大的变化,传统媒体正在接受极大的挑战。时效性、真实性是新闻的灵魂,如何保证新闻安全的播出,以及最鲜活的节目播出,提高采集电视节目效率,安全有效的保证准确、合理是需要各个部门的配合的,所以硬件上的提升和管理也是提高效率的方法。目前,金华广播电视总台的运输车辆,新闻车辆、行政车辆,共有50余辆,远期规模100辆。如何切实有效的管理好新闻媒体车辆是一个摆在我们面前的课题。 本论文正是针对上述问题,结合GPS卫星定位系统的理论和相关技术,对金华广播电视总台新闻媒体车辆的实际管理需求进行了分析,并且设计符合新闻媒体单位的车辆GPS监控调度系统方案,并介绍了这个系统的项目工程实施过程与测试验收情况。 在论文结构上面,分别介绍了新闻媒体车辆在日常工作管理中的现状及存在的一些不合理的问题,对本系统需要实现功能和目标进行了分析,之后根据需求分析设计了本系统的总体框架结构、运作流程、以及采用的关键技术,接着描述了本系统的功能设计及界面设计。重点描述了本系统的主控中心以及通过平台接口,连接第三方的信息实现交互,然后叙述了项目实施过程、系统测试和检验结果。在最后的结论中对整个系统开发的过程进行了概括总结,对存在的问题和将来的发展进行了分析和展望。 本文设计的系统一旦采用后,对传统媒体的日常采访方式会发生转变。传统由记者随车出行,保证到达事发地予以完成新闻工作,对日常出行采访的车辆安全,行驶路线,有着很重要的要求。通过本系统从而达到提前优化车辆行径路线,,使得一些重大事故能在第一时间到达现场,同时也降低了采访车辆的出事故率,把风险的把握,从老驾驶员的经验中变为实际可以掌控的范围之内,提高效率,降低风险。为金华广电总台的车辆的监控、调度及管理,提高车辆运用的有效性和调度及时性,提升企业车辆安全管理水平,全面提高车辆运用的综合效益,提供了行之有效的办法。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times, the communication of information has changed greatly from the single media to the current network, mobile phone, and so on. The traditional media is accepting great challenges. Timeliness, authenticity is the soul of news, how to ensure the safe broadcasting of news, and the most lively program broadcast, to improve the efficiency of collecting television programs, safe and effective guarantee of accuracy, reasonable need for the cooperation of various departments. So hardware promotion and management is also a way to improve efficiency. At present, Jinhua Radio and Television main station transport vehicles, news vehicles, administrative vehicles, a total of more than 50, a forward scale of 100. How to effectively manage the news media vehicles is a subject in front of us. According to the above-mentioned problems, combining the theory and related technology of GPS satellite positioning system, this paper analyzes the actual management needs of Jinhua Radio and TV main News Media vehicle. And the project of vehicle GPS monitoring and dispatching system which accords with the news media unit is designed. The project implementation process and test acceptance of the system are also introduced. On the structure of the paper, the paper introduces the current situation and some unreasonable problems in the daily work management of the news media vehicles, and analyzes the functions and objectives of the system which needs to be realized. Then, according to the requirement analysis, the overall framework, operation process and key technologies of the system are designed, and then the function design and interface design of the system are described. The main control center of the system and the information interaction between the third party through the platform interface are described in detail. Then the project implementation process, the system test and the test results are described. In the final conclusion, the whole system development process is summarized, and the existing problems and the future development are analyzed and prospected. Once the system designed in this paper is adopted, the daily interview mode of traditional media will be changed. Traditionally, journalists travel with the car to ensure that they can complete the news work when they arrive at the place where the incident occurred. There are very important requirements for the safety and driving route of the daily travel interview. Through this system, the vehicle route can be optimized in advance, so that some major accidents can arrive at the scene in the first time, at the same time, it also reduces the accident rate of the interview vehicle and holds the risk. From the experience of the old driver to the actual scope of control, improve efficiency, reduce risk. This paper provides an effective method for the monitoring, dispatching and management of vehicles in Jinhua Radio and Television Station, improving the effectiveness and timeliness of vehicle operation, improving the level of vehicle safety management in enterprises, and comprehensively improving the comprehensive benefit of vehicle operation.
