基于GIS的郑州市农村饮用水安全管理信息系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:我国农村饮用水安全管理工作不断地深化推进,饮用水安全供水工程建设如火如荼地开展,结合地理信息系统和计算机技术的飞速进步,水务信息化、水务工作管理现代化成为时代发展的必然趋势,而海量的数据需要依赖科技手段实现数据信息的统一化、规范化、高效化地管理。郑州市农村饮用水安全办公工作信息化、自动化、智能化成为水务信息化工作的重要组成部分,实现农村饮用水安全工作的规范化管理,提高信息数据的共享和利用水平,加强饮用水安全工作的督管,以求快速、准确、完整、便捷地为郑州市农村饮用水安全信息管理提供服务,并提高管理人员的工作效率。 本研究分析了我国农村饮用水安全工作的背景,结合国内外饮用水供水工程建设、水源地保护等方面的研究内容,阐述了郑州市区域地形特点、地貌特点和农村饮用水安全工作解困历程,联系郑州市水务局和新密市水务局供水工程建设管理站实地调研工作获取的相关资料,听取工程介绍及业务流程描述,分析农村饮用水安全管理工作主体内容,并据此确定系统功能需求。结合当前计算机技术,设计基于GIS的郑州市农村饮用水安全管理信息系统的逻辑结构、功能模块和数据库;研究并确立使用Javascript API开发农村饮用水安全管理系统Web前台页面,运用C#为后台开发语言,实现业务系统功能模块,以SQL Server作为数据库平台,运用ArcSDE空间数据引擎技术将空间数据加入到关系数据库管理系统,选择ArcGIS Server作为地图服务发布平台,实现应用系统的具体业务模块和功能调用,提高系统的运行效率。本研究旨在通过客观的分析和探讨郑州市农村饮用水安全工作现状,设计并实现农村饮用水安全信息化管理系统的基本功能,为其管理工作的现代化发展提供一定的技术支持。
[Abstract]:China's rural drinking water safety management work continues to deepen, drinking water safety water supply project construction in full swing, combined with the rapid progress of geographic information system and computer technology, water information, Modernization of water affairs management has become an inevitable trend of the development of the times, and massive data need to rely on scientific and technological means to achieve the unification, standardization and efficient management of data information. Zhengzhou rural drinking water safety office work informatization, automation, intelligence become an important part of the water information work, to achieve standardized management of rural drinking water safety work, improve the level of sharing and utilization of information data. To strengthen the supervision and management of drinking water safety, in order to provide service for Zhengzhou rural drinking water safety information management quickly, accurately, integrally and conveniently, and to improve the work efficiency of managers. This study analyzed the background of drinking water safety in rural areas of our country, combined with the construction of drinking water supply project at home and abroad, the protection of water source and other aspects, expounded the characteristics of Zhengzhou's regional topography. Geomorphological characteristics and the process of rural drinking water safety relief, in connection with the Zhengzhou Water Bureau and Xinmi City Water supply Engineering Construction Management Station to obtain relevant information, to listen to the introduction of the project and the description of the business process. The main contents of rural drinking water safety management are analyzed, and the functional requirements of the system are determined accordingly. Combining with the current computer technology, the logical structure, function module and database of Zhengzhou Rural drinking Water Safety Management Information system based on GIS are designed. The research and establishment uses Javascript API to develop the foreground page of the rural drinking water safety management system Web, uses C # as the background development language, realizes the business system function module, and takes SQL Server as the database platform. The spatial data is added to the relational database management system by using the ArcSDE spatial data engine technology. ArcGIS Server is selected as the map service publishing platform to realize the specific business module and function call of the application system and to improve the running efficiency of the system. The purpose of this study is to design and realize the basic functions of the rural drinking water safety information management system by objectively analyzing and discussing the present situation of rural drinking water safety management in Zhengzhou, and to provide some technical support for the modernization of its management work.
