基于V图的空间邻近测度方法及其应用研究

【摘要】:地理信息系统中的农产品质量安全检测数据包含了大量的空间及属性信息,如何对这些信息进行有效利用以开展区域评价是农产品质量安全管理中的一大问题。而空间邻近测度恰恰能利用空间及属性信息进行相关的分布特征分析。因此,将空间邻近测度方法引入农产品质量安全管理中表达检测点之间的分布关系及特征,并运用空间聚类思想进行进一步的评价分析,对农产品质量安全管理具有重要的实际意义。基于此,本文对点的K阶邻近度理论和空间聚类方法进行了深入研究,,并利用相关研究成果实现了基于农产品质量安全检测数据的农产品质量安全区域评价。论文主要研究内容如下: 1.基于Voronoi图的邻近度算法改进研究 选择基于Voronoi图的邻近空间分布测度方法作为计算聚集程度的依据,并针对该方法的不足之处进行改进,经过改进后的计算方法能够计算空间任意一点的邻近度,该邻近度反映了该点周围同类点的密集程度。 2.基于邻近度的点聚集区查找算法研究 本研究提出了基于邻近度的点聚集区查找算法,实现了任意空间邻近度的点群查找。由于经过改进后的邻近度的含义就是周围同类点的邻近分布情况,所以该规则能有效的将空间点按照聚集情况进行划分。 3.基于“种类分级和频率叠加”的权重确定模型研究 为了实现农产品质量安全区域评价并对上述算法进行应用,本文提出了种类分级和频率叠加权重确定模型,该模型依据专家经验确定常见质量安全问题的危害程度并将对应问题的发生频率纳入最终权重确定,能够从种类和数量上较为科学的反映区域内安全问题发生程度。 通过以上研究,本文建立并实现了基于ArcGIS Engine和C#的原始点数据显示、泰森多边形的生成、任一点的邻近度计算、聚集区查找生成和制图输出功能。论文最后以农产品质量安全检测数据为基础,给出了根据检测数据的空间分布对农产品质量安全进行区域评价的应用模型及实例,通过实际应用发现效果较好并符合农产品区域质量安全评价需求,验证了论文中所提方法与模型在农产品质量安全区域评价中的可用性、有效性及其推广价值。
[Abstract]:The quality and safety detection data of agricultural products in GIS contain a large number of spatial and attribute information. How to make effective use of these information to carry out regional evaluation is a major problem in the quality and safety management of agricultural products. The spatial proximity measure can use spatial and attribute information to analyze the related distribution characteristics. Therefore, the spatial proximity measure method is introduced into the quality and safety management of agricultural products to express the distribution relationship and characteristics among the detection points, and the spatial clustering idea is used for further evaluation and analysis. It is of great practical significance to the quality and safety management of agricultural products. Based on this, the K-order neighbor degree theory and spatial clustering method of points are deeply studied in this paper, and the regional evaluation of agricultural products quality and safety based on the quality and safety detection data of agricultural products is realized by using the relevant research results. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: 1. Research on improvement of neighbor degree algorithm based on Voronoi Graph the method of neighborhood spatial distribution measure based on Voronoi graph is selected as the basis for calculating the degree of aggregation, and the shortcomings of this method are improved. The improved calculation method can calculate the closeness of any point in the space, which reflects the density of the same kind of points around the point. 2. Research on Point aggregation region search algorithm based on neighborhood degree in this paper, a point aggregation region search algorithm based on neighbor degree is proposed, and the point group search with arbitrary spatial neighbor degree is realized. Because the improved proximity degree means the adjacent distribution of the surrounding similar points, the rule can effectively divide the spatial points according to the aggregation situation. 3. Based on the weight determination model of "category classification and frequency superposition", in order to realize the evaluation of agricultural product quality and safety area and apply the above algorithms, this paper proposes a kind of classification and frequency superposition weighted redetermination model. According to the experience of experts, the model determines the harm degree of common quality and safety problems and brings the frequency of corresponding problems into the final weight to determine, which can reflect the occurrence degree of safety problems in the region scientifically in terms of type and quantity. Through the above research, this paper establishes and realizes the original point data display based on ArcGIS Engine and C #, the generation of Tyson polygons, the calculation of neighbor degree of any point, the generation of aggregation area search and the output function of drawing. Finally, based on the quality and safety detection data of agricultural products, the application model and example of regional evaluation of agricultural products quality and safety according to the spatial distribution of the detection data are given. Through practical application, it is found that the effect is good and meets the needs of regional quality and safety evaluation of agricultural products, and the availability, effectiveness and popularization value of the methods and models proposed in this paper in the regional evaluation of agricultural quality and safety are verified.
