南京市水利地理信息系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着南京市水利信息化建设工作的推进,各水利管理部门根据各自部门的业务需求开发建设了部分水利业务系统,但缺乏统一的技术标准、数据基础,建设的系统不能实现数据、功能的共建共享,制约了水利信息化建设。因此,基于统一基础地理数据、标准地理信息服务技术的水利地理信息系统的实现,可以为各类水利地理信息的集成共享管理、全市水利信息化的建设提供更为行之有效的技术支撑。
[Abstract]:With the promotion of water conservancy information construction in Nanjing, various water conservancy management departments have developed and constructed some water conservancy business systems according to the business needs of their respective departments, but lack of unified technical standards and data base. The construction system can not realize the data and the co-construction and sharing of functions, which restricts the construction of water conservancy information. Therefore, the realization of water conservancy geographic information system based on unified basic geographic data and standard geographic information service technology can be used for the integrated sharing management of all kinds of water conservancy geographic information. The construction of water conservancy informatization in the whole city provides more effective technical support.
