寡聚乙二醇侧链修饰的树状分子的合成与性质研究

【摘要】:树枝状大分子(Dendrimer)是20世纪80年代蓬勃发展起来的一类经有序组装构建的高度支化、结构可控和单分散度的新型纳米高分子。它们高度支化的结构、独特的单分散性及球形外形为这类化合物带来一系列不同寻常的性质和功能。例如:较大分子量、内部具有广阔空间、外围(或称表面)呈现极高密度官能团等特点。目前对外围(或称表面)呈现极高密度官能团的功能化的研究越来越受到重视,尤其在生物医学、材料化学的应用。本次实验中成功的合成出以3,5-二氨基苯甲酸为氨基酸基本单元的树状分子,并且对合成条件和过程进行了探索和优化、树状分子的溶液性质的研究以及自组装行为的探索等方面来全面研究该树状分子的性质。经过对合成条件的探索,成功找到中间体化合物的最佳合成条件是:n1:n2=1:2.5,反应温度为25℃,反应时间20h,缩合试剂为EDCI与HOBT的组合;该树状分子具有较好的低临界溶液温度性质(LCST),化合物亲疏水性质以及分子间非共价键作用对LCST性质具有相关;该树状分子在20%水和80%的二氯甲烷混合溶剂中,可以形成自组装体;同时该树状分子可以形成凝胶并且具有较好的热稳定性,其最小化凝胶溶剂浓度为1.56%。
[Abstract]:Dendrimeris, a dendritic macromolecule, is a kind of highly branched structure constructed by ordered assembly, which flourished in 1980s. Novel nanopolymers with controllable structure and monodispersity. Their highly branched structures. The unique monodispersity and spherical shape bring about a series of unusual properties and functions for these compounds, such as large molecular weight and wide internal space. The periphery (or surface) is characterized by extremely high density functional groups. At present, more and more attention has been paid to the functionalization of the outer (or surface) very high density functional groups, especially in biomedicine. The application of material chemistry. In this experiment, we successfully synthesized the dendrimer with 3C5-diaminobenzoic acid as the basic unit of amino acid, and explored and optimized the synthetic conditions and process. The properties of the dendrimer were studied from the aspects of solution properties and self-assembly behavior. The synthetic conditions were explored.
