海藻酸盐及其与氧化石墨烯多孔膜的制备及吸附亚甲基蓝性能的研究

【摘要】:随着人类社会的高速发展,纺织、印染、造纸等行业对染料的使用不断增加。染料污水的随意排放不仅会对自然界的生态环境造成影响,而且会对人类健康产生威胁,因此染料废水排放前进行处理成为了必然的要求。在所有的处理方法中,吸附法由于操作简单,效率高,且能够有效地大规模去除大分子污染物已成为使用最广泛、有效地水处理方法。本文通过酸化法对海藻酸钠进行了改性,制备出酸化海藻酸钠(ASA)。采用不同的表征手段对其形态和理化性质进行了表征研究,并通过系统的实验,对不同外界条件对ASA吸附亚甲基蓝(MB)的吸附性能的影响进行了研究分析。由Langmuir等温线模型计算出在298 K时理论最大吸附容量能达到1552 mg/g。热力学研究表明ASA对亚甲基蓝的吸附反应是自发放热的过程。用改良的Hummers氧化方法对氧化石墨烯(GO)进行制备。并用不同的表征手段对其表面形态、晶格结构和热稳定性进行了测试分析。采用共混及冷冻干燥法相结合的新颖方法制备了海藻酸钙膜(CAM)及海藻酸钙/氧化石墨烯复合膜(CA/GOM)。采用不同的表征手段对其物化性质进行了表征研究。通过系统的吸附实验对其在不同条件下的吸附性能进行了测定,同时用不同的吸附模型对其吸附动力学数据进行评估,进一步用Langmuir及Freundlich模型对CAM和CA/GOM的等温吸附平衡数据进行描述,计算结果表明这两种膜拥有较大的理论吸附容量。热力学研究表明CAM和CA/GOM对亚甲基蓝的吸附行为均为自发放热的过程。通过多次循环脱吸附实验后CAM和CA/GOM依旧有较高的吸附能力,表明这两种膜是拥有优良吸附能力且能实现多次重复使用的吸附剂。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of human society, textile, printing and dyeing, papermaking and other industries continue to increase the use of dyes, dye sewage discharge will not only affect the ecological environment of nature. And it will be a threat to human health, so the treatment of dye wastewater before discharge has become an inevitable requirement. Among all the treatment methods, adsorption method is easy to operate and high efficiency. And the removal of macromolecular pollutants on a large scale has become the most widely used and effective water treatment method. In this paper, alginate was modified by acidification. Acidified sodium alginate was prepared. The morphology and physicochemical properties of ASAA were characterized by different characterization methods, and systematic experiments were carried out. Adsorption of methylene blue on ASA under different external conditions. Based on the Langmuir isotherm model, the theoretical maximum adsorption capacity can reach 1552 at 298K. Thermodynamic studies show that the adsorption of methylene blue by ASA is a self-exothermic process. The surface morphology was characterized by different methods. The lattice structure and thermal stability were tested and analyzed. The calcium alginate membrane (CAM) and calcium alginate / graphene oxide composite membrane (CA/ GOM) were prepared by a new method of blending and freeze-drying. The physicochemical properties were studied by different characterization methods, and the adsorption properties under different conditions were determined by systematic adsorption experiments. At the same time, the adsorption kinetic data were evaluated with different adsorption models. The isothermal adsorption equilibrium data of CAM and CA/GOM were described by Langmuir and Freundlich models. The thermodynamic study shows that the adsorption behavior of methylene blue by CAM and CA/GOM is a self-releasing heat process. CAM and CA/GOM still have high adsorption ability. These two kinds of membranes are good adsorbents with good adsorption ability and can be reused for many times.
