超细银纳米线的合成与形貌调控

【摘要】:近年来,银纳米线因其在柔性触摸屏、有机发光二极管、太阳能电池等方面有着广阔的应用前景,成为纳米材料研究的热点之一。本论文旨在探讨超细银纳米线的可控生长,以便合成出超细、超大长径比、颗粒少的银纳米线。本论文获得的主要研究结果如下:1.制备出颗粒含量少的超细银纳米线在最优实验条件下,采用多元醇法和Cl-/Br-共存下,得到了超细(直径为21±2.96nm)、超大长径比(~1500)、颗粒少(5.5%wt)的银纳米线。研究发现,当形核温度提高到180℃,并在生长阶段将温度降至160 ℃后,可以抑制AgBr/AgCl大颗粒降解及二次成核,降低产物中颗粒的浓度。此外,还发现仅使用Br-一种形核剂,很难进一步降低银纳米线的直径。2.实现了超细银纳米线的扩量制备改变搅拌方式、降低卤素离子浓度,逐步放量合成后,超细银纳米线合成原液量从10 mL提高到150 mL,产率从23%提升到40%,且纳米线的长度、直径不发生明显变化。该纳米线经过简单的清洗、配墨和涂布后,可制备透过率高达91.73%、雾度低至1.62%、方块电子在59Ω·sq-1 且方块电阻的不均匀度仅为6.65%的高质量透明导电薄膜。
[Abstract]:In recent years, silver nanowires have a wide application prospect in flexible touch screen, organic light-emitting diode, solar cell and so on, and have become one of the hot spots in the research of nanomaterials. This paper aims to discuss the controllable growth of ultra-fine silver nanowires. The main results obtained in this paper are as follows: 1. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the ultrafine silver nanowires with low particle content were prepared by polyol method and Cl-r / Br-co-existence. Ultrafine silver nanowires with a diameter of 21 卤2.96 nm / m ~ (-1), a large aspect ratio of ~ 1500g / L, and a little particle size of 5.5w ~ (t) were obtained. It was found that the degradation and secondary nucleation of AgBr/AgCl particles could be inhibited when the nucleation temperature was increased to 180 鈩,
