水相中脂肪酶Lipase lipoprotein催化的Aldol缩合反应

【摘要】:Aldol缩合是有机化学中最重要的C-C键形成反应之一,在化工、医药领域有着重要的应用。实验结果表明水相中Lipase lipoprotein脂肪酶(LPL)与咪唑添加剂能够协同催化芳香醛与酮的Aldol缩合反应,考察了添加剂种类及用量、水含量、温度、时间等因素对反应的影响。在优化的反应条件下,即在反应体系中添加水30%(v/v),咪唑60%(mol),酶0.2 g,35℃反应48 h,对于有吸电子取代基的芳香醛底物,能与脂肪酮、环酮、杂环酮等不同结构的酮以51.8%~92.5%的收率发生Aldol缩合反应。相比文献报道方法,具有环境友好、底物适用范围广、产率高、反应时间短等优点。
[Abstract]:Aldol condensation is one of the most important C-C bond formation reactions in organic chemistry and has important applications in chemical and pharmaceutical fields. The experimental results show that Lipase lipoprotein lipase in aqueous phase and imidazole additive can catalyze the Aldol condensation of aromatic aldehydes and ketones.
