β-石竹烯-马来酸酐共聚物的合成与表征

【摘要】:以β-石竹烯和马来酸酐为原料,环己酮为溶剂,在过氧化二叔丁基(DTBP)的作用下,合成了β-石竹烯-马来酸酐共聚物(BCPMA)。探讨了反应温度,反应时间,单体物质的量比,溶剂用量以及引发剂用量对BCPMA产率的影响,并采用FTIR,1HNMR,GPC,元素分析对BCPMA的结构进行了表征,利用热重分析(TG)测定了BCPMA的热稳定性。结果表明:当反应温度145℃,反应时间1 h,n(马来酸酐):n(β-石竹烯)=2∶1,m(环己酮):m(β-石竹烯)=2∶1,DTBP加入量为4.5%(以β-石竹烯质量为基准,下同)时,BCPMA的产率最高,为92.9%。该共聚物的起始分解温度为370.6℃,具有较高的热稳定性能。
[Abstract]:Using 尾 -caryophyllene and maleic anhydride as raw materials and cyclohexanone as solvent, the copolymers of 尾 -caryophyllene and maleic anhydride were synthesized under the action of tert-#china_person0# and DTBP.The reaction temperature, reaction time and molar ratio of monomers were discussed. The effect of solvent content and initiator dosage on the yield of BCPMA was studied. The structure of BCPMA was characterized by FTIR 1H NMRG, and the thermal stability of BCPMA was determined by thermogravimetric analysis. The results showed that the reaction temperature was 145 鈩,
