超声提取和离子色谱新方法在空气颗粒物分析中的应用研究

【摘要】:近年来空气颗粒物(PM_(2.5),PM_(10),TSP)成分的分析研究工作已经成为环境科学十分重要的研究课题。空气颗粒物是成分复杂、危害严重的大气污染物,在我国分布极广。本文采用超声提取技术,对PM_(10)和土壤中8种有机酸的提取进行了研究,确定了最佳浸提剂、浸提剂浓度、浸提剂加入量和提取时间。建立了离子色谱-电喷雾离子源-单级质谱(IC-ESI-MS)同时测定PM_(10)和土壤中8种有机酸的新方法,流动相为氢氧化钾,并采用梯度淋洗方式,在选择离子监控(SIM)模式下,通过8种有机酸的峰面积定量分析。新方法对锥孔电压、辅助离子剂和探针温度等进行了研究和优化。实验结果令人满意。本文采用超声提取技术,提取空气颗粒物中的三价铬(Cr(Ⅲ))和六价铬(Cr(Ⅵ)),对样品的保存、采样膜的选择、提取剂选择、提取剂加入量、超声提取时间进行了研究,确定了最佳前处理条件。建立并优化了衍生-离子色谱-紫外分光光度法同时测定PM_(2.5)、PM_(10)、TSP中的三价铬(Cr(Ⅲ))和六价铬(Cr(Ⅵ))的新方法。本文采用超声提取技术提取PM_(2.5)中高氯酸盐,对超声提取时间进行了研究和优化,有效的提取了PM_(2.5)中高氯酸盐。建立了离子色谱串联电导检测器测定PM_(2.5)中高氯酸盐的新方法,使用氢氧化钾作为流动相,确定了检测高氯酸盐的最佳分析条件。新的方法快速,稳定,灵敏度高,具有较高的应用前景。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the analysis and research on the composition of PMSP has become a very important research subject in environmental science. Air particulate matter is a very complex and harmful atmospheric pollutant, which is widely distributed in China. In this paper, ultrasonic extraction technique is used. The extraction of 8 kinds of organic acids from soil was studied. The optimum extractant and the concentration of extractant were determined. A new method for simultaneous determination of eight organic acids in soil by ion chromatography-electrospray ion-source-single-stage mass spectrometry (IC-ESI-MS) was established. The mobile phase was potassium hydroxide, and gradient elution was used. The peak area quantitative analysis of 8 organic acids was carried out under the selected ion monitoring (Simm) mode. The new method was used to study and optimize the cone hole voltage, auxiliary ion agent and probe temperature. The experimental results were satisfactory.
