【摘要】:样品经硝酸-过氧化氢微波消解后,采用可拆卸式直接注入高效雾化器-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定船用燃料油中钒、铝、钙、锌、镍、铜等26种微量元素的含量,通过多谱线拟合校正法(MSF)校正了Cu对P 213.617nm和P 214.914nm所产生的光谱干扰。26种元素的线性范围在10.0mg·L~(-1)内,检出限(3s)为0.001~0.087mg·L~(-1)。加标回收率在92.1%~106%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=7)在0.46%~2.7%之间。采用此方法对船用燃料油标准物质中Fe、Ni、V、S进行测定,测定值与参考值一致。
[Abstract]:After microwave digestion with nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide, 26 trace elements such as vanadium, aluminum, calcium, zinc, nickel and copper in marine fuel oil were determined by detachable direct injection nebulizer and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. The linear range of the spectral interference between Cu and P213.617nm and P214.914nm was 10.0mg 路L ~ (-1), and the detection limit was 0.001n / L 0.087mg 路L ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1). The recovery of Cu was between 92.1g 路L ~ (-1) and 10.0 mg 路L ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1). The relative standard deviation of the measured value is between 0.46% and 2.7%. This method is used for the determination of Fetin NiNiVN S in the standard material of marine fuel oil, and the measured value is in agreement with the reference value.
