基于碳量子点与曙红Y荧光共振能量的转移测定矿石中金

【摘要】:在聚乙烯醇存在下的pH 6.6磷酸氢二钠-柠檬酸钠缓冲溶液中,碳量子点与曙红Y(EY)的荧光共振能量转移,使EY的荧光增强。在该体系中,碳量子点作为能量供体,EY作为能量受体。当加入Au3+后,体系中EY的荧光发生猝灭。且测得金的线性范围为0.34~39.20mg·L-1,方法的检出限(3s/k)为0.17mg·L-1。据此,将该反应体系应用于矿石中金量的测定。用标准加入法测定了该方法的回收率及精密度,测得回收率在98.8%~104%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.13%~0.17%之间。
[Abstract]:In the presence of polyvinyl alcohol, the fluorescence resonance energy transfer between carbon quantum dots and eosin YEY in pH 6.6 disodium hydrogen phosphate and sodium citrate buffer solution enhances the fluorescence of EY. The fluorescence of EY in the system was quenched with the addition of Au3. The linear range of gold was 0.34 ~ 39.20 mg 路L ~ (-1), and the detection limit was 0.17 mg 路L ~ (-1). The reaction system was applied to the determination of gold in ores. The recovery and precision of the method were determined by standard addition method. The recoveries were between 98.8% and 104%, and the relative standard deviation of the determination values was 0.13% and 0.17%.
