高强度双网络水凝胶的制备及性能研究

【摘要】:作为一种新型高分子材料,水凝胶在工农业、生物医药、材料等各领域中显示出很好的前景。但是由于传统高分子水凝胶的机械强度比较弱,很大程度上限制了水凝胶的实际应用。因此,制备高力学强度水凝胶具有非常重要的意义。本文采用不同的原料和方法制备了三种高强度双网络水凝胶:(1)以聚乙烯醇(PVA)和聚乙二醇(PEG)为原料,通过简单的冻融法和高能电子束辐照相结合制备了高强度PVA/PEG水凝胶。考察了PEG的分子量,PVA与PEG的比例,解冻温度以及循环冻融次数对水凝胶性能的影响。结果表明,当PEG的分子量为4000,PVA与PEG的比例为10:4,解冻温度为30℃,冻融次数为3次时,水凝胶的拉伸强度最大达到746 k Pa。(2)以聚乙烯醇(PVA)、聚乙二醇(PEG)以及无机膨润土(Inorganic Bentonite,IB)为原料,通过简单的冻融法制备了高强度的粒子增强PVA/PEG/IB水凝胶。考察了不同加入量的IB粒子对水凝胶强度的影响。结果表明,当IB含量为5%(w/v)时,PVA/PEG/IB水凝胶的拉伸强度高达1.1 MPa,并且水凝胶的摩擦系数随着IB含量的逐渐增加而减小。(3)以聚乙烯醇(PVA)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料,通过紫外辐照与冻融相结合的方法,制备了物理-化学混杂交联的PVA/PAAm双网络水凝胶。结果表明,该混杂双网络水凝胶具有较高的拉伸强度(428 k Pa),并具有一定的自愈合性能。
[Abstract]:As a new kind of polymer material, hydrogel has a good prospect in the fields of industry and agriculture, biomedicine, material and so on. However, the mechanical strength of traditional polymer hydrogel is relatively weak. To a large extent, the practical application of hydrogels is limited. The preparation of high mechanical strength hydrogels is of great significance. In this paper, three kinds of high strength double network hydrogels, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and polyethylene glycol (PEG), were prepared by using different raw materials and methods. High strength PVA/PEG hydrogels were prepared by a simple freeze-thaw method combined with high energy electron beam irradiation. The effects of molecular weight ratio of PEG to PEG, thawing temperature and the number of cycles of freezing and thawing on the properties of hydrogels were investigated.
