【摘要】:正分析方法学的研究是分析化学的主要研究领域之一。一种新的分析方法,从最初的概念出现、科学原理的形成、技术开发到不断完善,并最终走向实际的应用是一个漫长的过程。在这个过程中,通常需要一代人甚至几代人的努力。光散射是一种广泛存在的自然现象,丁达尔、瑞利、爱因斯坦、拉曼、布里渊从其产生机制到应用都奠定了很好的基础。作为一种信号,拉曼光谱分析法(非弹性光散射信号)已经如火如荼的利用起来,并且已经成为光谱分析的一个重
[Abstract]:The study of positive analytical methodology is one of the main research fields in analytical chemistry. A new analytical method has been developed from the initial concept, the formation of scientific principles, the development of technology to the continuous improvement. And eventually it's a long process of practical application. In this process, it usually takes a generation or even generations to work. Light scattering is a widespread natural phenomenon, Dindall, Rayleigh, Einstein, Raman, Brillouin has laid a good foundation from its production mechanism to its application. As a signal, Raman spectroscopy (inelastic light scattering signal) has been used in full swing, and has become a heavy spectrum analysis.
