SDE和HE-SPME应用于GC-MS分析香榧假种皮中挥发性成分的比较研究

【摘要】:分别采用同时蒸馏萃取法(SDE)和顶空固相微萃取法(HS-SPME)提取香榧假种皮的挥发性物质,并用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)结合峰面积进行定量分析,结合保留指数进行定性分析。结果表明,2种萃取方法一共检出匹配度达90%以上的挥发性物质成分96种,其中SDE法鉴定出57种,HS-SPME法鉴定出了39种。被检测出的物质中,烯烃类最多,达60种,其次是醇类12种、羧酸和酯类9种,醛酮类3种,其他类型化合物12种。对2种方法各挥发性成分进行分析,结果显示,采用HS-SPME方法的前处理简单、分析时间短且重复性好,适于香榧挥发性成分的快速测定。而将这2种方法综合使用,则能更全面地反映香榧假种皮精油挥发性物质的成分。
[Abstract]:Using simultaneous distillation and extraction (SDE) and headspace solid phase microextraction (HS-SPME) extraction of volatile substances of Torreya grandis aril, and by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) quantitative analysis combined with the peak area, combined with retention index for qualitative analysis. The results showed that 2 kinds of extraction methods, detected a total of volatile more than 90% of the 96 components, the SDE identified 57, HS-SPME identified 39. Detected substances in alkenes the most, up to 60 species, followed by 12 kinds of alcohols, carboxylic acids and 9 kinds of esters, 3 aldehydes and ketones, other types of 12 compounds. The volatile components of 2 kinds of methods of analysis, the results showed that pretreatment with HS-SPME method is simple, short analysis time and good repeatability, suitable for rapid determination of volatile components. The Torreya these 2 kinds of methods are used, it can comprehensively reflect the essential oil of Torreya grandis aril The composition of a hair substance.
