大环多胺金属配合物的超分子识别与检测

【摘要】:金属离子是分子组成物质中的金属元素,它与环境科学及生命科学等众多学科存在密切联系,于是文中提出设计一种大环多胺金属配合物,利用荧光传感超分子体系对金属离子客体进行识别与检测。首先,由于大环多胺配体的成环氮原子具备强配位能力,利用Richman-Atkins环化合成法初步合成基础中间化合物,通过控制反应物的摩尔量获得收率高的关键中间体,并与二价铜离子Cu(Ⅱ)通过合适的反应温度及反应溶剂形成多功能大环多胺金属配合物;其次,依据待分析配合物反应部位的特殊性质,利用荧光传感体系对金属离子客体实现识别及检测过程,将荧光团作为发射荧光的功能基团,离子受体当作金属离子识别与检测的接受团,通过光诱导电子转移PET体系完成对超分子的识别过程。
