【摘要】:以异氰脲酸三缩水甘油酯(TGIC)为扩链剂,采用熔融共混法制备扩链聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(CEPET)。使用乌氏黏度计测量其特性黏数([η]),滴定法测定其端羧基(CV)的含量,使用旋转流变仪和差示扫描量热仪对扩链PET的流变和结晶性能进行分析。当TGIC的添加量为1.0 phr时,[η]=0.93 d L/g;当TGIC的添加量为1.4 phr时,CV=6.2mol/L。当TGIC的添加量为1.0 phr时,损耗模量和储存模量的最大值分别为19500 Pa和28800 Pa。随着TGIC添加量的增加,结晶度和结晶温度先下降后上升,最低值分别为25.5%和181℃,半结晶时间先延长后缩短,最大值为1.8 min。
[Abstract]:Using triglycidyl isocyanurate (TGIC) as chain extender, chain extender polyethylene terephthalate (CEPET) was prepared by melt blending method. The intrinsic viscosity number ([畏]) of PET was measured by Wurtzmann viscometer, and the content of carboxyl group CVV was determined by titration. The rheological and crystallization properties of extended chain PET were analyzed by rotating rheometer and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). When the addition of TGIC is 1.0 phr, [畏] 0.93 d L / g, and when the addition of TGIC is 1.4 phr, 6.2mol / L. When the addition of TGIC is 1.0 phr, the maximum values of loss modulus and storage modulus are 19500 Pa and 28800 Pa, respectively.
