银翘散的UPLC指纹图谱研究

【摘要】：目的:通过建立银翘散的UPLC指纹图谱,为进一步提高银翘散质量标准提供依据。方法:运用Waters超高液相色谱仪,ACQUITY UPLC BEH C_(18)色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm);流动相为甲醇-乙腈(1∶1)-0.2%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;流速0.3 m L/min;检测波长230 nm;柱温40℃。结果:根据10批银翘散的指纹图谱,确定了24个共有峰,利用对照品指认了5个共有峰。结论:该研究采用UPLC建立银翘散的指纹图谱,方法操作简单、特征性强、精密度高、重现性好,可为银翘散的质量控制和评价标准提供可靠依据。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish the UPLC fingerprint of Yinqiao Powder and to provide the basis for further improving the quality standard of Yinqiao Powder.
