高效液相色谱多检测器联用并结合光谱、质谱技术对不同黄芪样品中黄芪甲苷伴生组分的研究

【摘要】:在检测中药材黄芪中黄芪甲苷含量时,将高效液相色谱的二极管阵列检测器和蒸发光散射检测器串联使用,并结合光谱和质谱分析技术,对黄芪甲苷的伴生组分进行了研究.结果表明,不同产地的黄芪样品中,黄芪甲苷的含量差别较大,其伴生组分的种类和含量也有很大不同.此项研究对于深入评估黄芪的品质具有一定的参考价值.
[Abstract]:In order to determine the content of astragaloside A in astragalus, a series of diode array detector and evaporative light scattering detector of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were used in series, and the associated components of astragaloside A were studied by means of spectrum and mass spectrometry. The results showed that the content of Astragaloside A in the samples from different producing areas was quite different, and the species and contents of its associated components were also very different. This study has a certain reference value for further evaluation of the quality of Astragalus membranaceus.
