不同品种枳实HPLC指纹图谱及成分含量差异性研究

【摘要】:采用HPLC-DAD方法建立18个批次酸橙枳实以及10个批次甜橙枳实的指纹图谱,通过对照品对照和紫外图谱指认了17个色谱峰并对其进行含量测定。色谱条件:Agilent Poroshell 120 SB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×100 mm,2.7μm),以流动相甲醇-0.1%甲酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速0.6 m L·min-1,检测波长318 nm,柱温为30℃。采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A)软件进行指纹图谱分析,进一步通过SIMCA-P 13.0软件对17个确认的成分含量进行最小二乘法判别分析,确定区分酸橙枳实与甜橙枳实的差异性标记物。该方法具有良好的精密度、稳定性和重复性,为枳实的质量控制和评价提供依据。
[Abstract]:The fingerprint of 18 batches of Citrus aurantii and 10 batches of Citrus aurantii were established by HPLC-DAD. 17 chromatographic peaks were identified and determined by contrast and UV spectra.
