【摘要】：目的建立HPLC法同时测定养心定悸胶囊(炙甘草、桂枝、地黄等)中4种成分的含有量。方法养心定悸胶囊50%甲醇提取液的分析采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以0.1%甲酸-乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱;体积流量1 m L/min;柱温40℃;检测波长265 nm。结果甘草苷、甘草酸、桂皮酸、桂皮醛分别在1.00~80.24μg/m L(r=0.999 0)、2.52~100.70μg/m L(r=0.999 7)、0.50~40.40μg/m L(r=1.000 0)、0.66~52.96μg/m L(r=1.000 0)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为97.74%、100.97%、101.48%、99.49%,RSD分别为0.45%、1.11%、1.27%、1.66%。结论该方法简便准确,重复性好,可用于养心定悸胶囊的质量控制。
