福林酚比色法测定酸浆宿萼中总多酚含量

【摘要】:优化福林酚法测定酸浆宿萼总多酚含量的条件,并对其进行分析评价。结果表明:样本0.5 mL,福林酚用量1.0 mL,10%Na_2CO_3用量8 mL,当反应时间为2.5 h,反应温度为20℃,在波长760 nm处测定时,总多酚的含量与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,该方法操作简便、灵敏度高、精密度高,稳定性好,适宜酸浆宿萼总多酚含量的测定。
