【摘要】：正欧盟议会和理事会关于《化学品注册、评估、许可和限制》的(EC)1907/2006法规即欧盟REACH法规已于2007年6月1日实施。REACH法规提出了高度关注物质(SVHCs)清单,规定SVHCs在物品中的总含量超过1吨/年或是SVHCs在物品中的总含量以质量分数计超过0.1%,任何欧洲制造商或进口商应向欧盟化学品管理署进行通报。SVHCs具有致癌、致畸及生殖毒性、持久累积毒性
