【摘要】:为确定"两步法"合成棕榈酸异丙酯工艺过程热力学可行性,进一步提高工程应用中引用数据的可靠性,采用DSC-60差示扫描量热仪和XRY-1C氧弹量热器等分别对该反应体系中物质的定压比热容和燃烧热进行了实验测定,并通过热力学关系式计算得到有关物质的摩尔生成焓及反应焓变,为连续化工艺的设计提供了基础热力学数据。
[Abstract]:In order to determine the thermodynamic feasibility of the "two-step" process for the synthesis of isopropyl palmitate, the reliability of the cited data in engineering application is further improved. DSC-60 differential scanning calorimeter and XRY-1C oxygen bomb calorimeter were used to measure the specific heat capacity and combustion heat of the reaction system respectively. The molar enthalpy of formation and the enthalpy of reaction were calculated by thermodynamics. The basic thermodynamic data are provided for the design of continuous process.
