基于红外光谱和二维相关谱的降香黄檀易混树种鉴别研究

【摘要】:利用红外光谱结合二阶导数红外光谱和二维相关谱,对降香黄檀易混树种的苯醇抽提物进行研究,结果表明,它们苯醇抽提物的光谱图差异明显,红外光谱三级鉴别法可以为易混淆树种抽提物鉴别研究提供一种简便有效的分析方法。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the benzene alcohol extracts from the mixed tree species were studied by means of infrared spectrum, second derivative infrared spectrum and two dimensional correlation spectrum. The results showed that the spectral figures of the benzene alcohol extracts were obviously different from each other. The three-stage infrared spectrum identification method can provide a simple and effective analysis method for the identification of the extracts of confusable tree species.
