一种荧光增强型三价金属离子荧光探针的合成及性质

【摘要】:设计合成一种新型罗丹明类探针L,并研究了其光谱性质.实验结果表明,L在甲醇/水[V∶V=8∶2,c(Tris)=10mmol/L,pH=7.2]体系中对三价金属离子(Cr~(3+)、Fe~(3+)、Al~(3+))具有荧光增强性响应,很好的选择性和较高的灵敏度,不受其它二价及一价金属离子的影响,抗干扰能力强.探针L对Cr~(3+)、Fe~(3+)、Al~(3+)的紫荧光检测限分别为2.1×10~(-4)、2.3×10~(-4)和4.4×10~(-4) mol/L,表明其在各种水体样品中对三价金属离子的检测具有潜在的应用价值.
[Abstract]:A novel Rhodamine probe L was designed and synthesized and its spectral properties were studied. The experimental results show that in the system of methanol / water [V: 8: 2] Trisus (10 mmol / L), it has a fluorescence enhancement response to the trivalent metal ion (Crn ~ (3 +) C ~ (3 +), and it has good selectivity and high sensitivity, and is not affected by other bivalent and one-valent metal ions, and the results are as follows: (1) in the system of methanol / water (8: 2: 2: 2: 1: 1), there is no influence of other bivalent and monovalent metal ions. Strong anti-interference ability. The detection limits of the probe L for the detection of trivalent metal ions in various water samples were 2.1 脳 10 ~ (-4) and 4.4 脳 10 ~ (-4) mol 路L ~ (-1), respectively, indicating the potential application value of the probe to the detection of trivalent metal ions in all kinds of water samples. The results show that the fluorescence detection limits of the probes are 2.1 脳 10 ~ (-4) and 4.4 脳 10 ~ (-4) mol 路L ~ (-1), respectively.
