盐酸多西环素与碳量子点相互作用的荧光猝灭效应

【摘要】:以白糖为碳源,采用一步水热法合成了发光碳量子点(CQDs)。用荧光光谱、紫外-可见光谱、红外光谱对其发光特性进行了研究,测定了其荧光寿命。研究了盐酸多西环素与该碳量子点的相互作用。实验表明,在pH 7.96的BR缓冲介质中,盐酸多西环素对CQDs荧光强度有明显的猝灭作用,提出了基于CQDs为探针测定盐酸多西环素的新方法。方法线性范围为2.0×10~(-7)~3.0×10~(-5)mol/L,相关系数r=0.9992,检出限为1.94×10~(-7)mol/L。该方法用于样品中盐酸多西环素的测定,回收率为97.2%~99.5%。通过测定温度对猝灭常数的影响以及吸收光谱的变化确定了二者的猝灭类型。
[Abstract]:Using white sugar as carbon source, the luminescent carbon quantum dot (CQDsN) was synthesized by one step hydrothermal method. Fluorescence spectra, UV-Vis spectra and infrared spectra were used to study their luminescence characteristics and their fluorescence lifetime was determined. The interaction between doxycycline hydrochloride and the carbon quantum dot was studied. The results show that doxycycline hydrochloride can quench the fluorescence intensity of CQDs in Br buffer medium with pH 7.96. A new method for the determination of doxycycline hydrochloride based on CQDs is proposed. The linear range of the method was 2.0 脳 10 ~ (-10) ~ (-7) mol / L, the correlation coefficient was 0.9992 and the detection limit was 1.94 脳 10 ~ (-1) ~ (-7) mol 路L ~ (-1). The method has been applied to the determination of doxycycline hydrochloride in the sample. The quenching types were determined by determining the effect of temperature on quenching constants and the changes of absorption spectra.
