八仙花叶中环烯醚萜类化合物的结构鉴定

【摘要】:目的对八仙花Hydrangea macrophylla叶的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱和HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,并通过1H-NMR、13C-NMR、MS等波谱学技术确定化合物结构。结果从八仙花叶提取物中分离得到11个环烯醚萜类化合物,分别鉴定为断马钱子苷乙基甲基缩醛(1)、断马钱子苷二甲基缩醛(2)、断氧化马钱子苷(3)、7-去氧马钱子酸(4)、马钱子酸(5)、8-表马钱子苷(6)、马钱子苷(7)、7-脱氢马钱子苷(8)、獐牙菜苷(9)、表断马钱子苷半缩醛内酯(10)、断马钱子苷半缩醛内酯(11)。结论化合物1为新化合物,命名为八仙花叶苷。化合物3、8为八仙花属植物中首次分离得到。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the chemical constituents of Hydrangea macrophylla leaves. Methods the compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography with ODS column and HPLC. The structures of the compounds were determined by 1H-NMR13C-NMRMS and other spectroscopic techniques. Results Eleven iridoid terpenoids were isolated from the extract of Euphorbia chinensis leaves. They were identified as rhinoside ethylmethyl acetal, brucinoside dimethylacetal, brucine dimethylacetal, nestin oxide, rhinoside 3, 7, deoxybrucinic acid, brucine, rhinoside, 77-dihydrobutenoside, Swertia, respectively, identified as rhinoside ethylmethyl acetal, rhinoside 77-dimethylbutenoacetal, strychnine, dihydrobutenoside, and dihydrobutenoside, respectively. Brucinidin hemiacetalactone was 10% and brucine hemiacetal lactone was 11%. Conclusion compound 1 is a new compound named octopodium anthocyanin. Compound 3 ~ (8) was isolated for the first time from the genus Euphorbia.
