青钱柳石油醚提取物的GC-MS分析

【摘要】:研究青钱柳石油醚提取物的化学成分。青钱柳叶用石油醚冷浸提取,浓缩旋干后用正己烷溶解,通过气相色谱-质谱(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)联用法测定其化学成分,质谱图与标准谱库进行比对分析,确定各化合物,并用峰面积归一化法计算各类物质的相对含量。结果表明,青钱柳石油醚部位化学成分主要由脂肪类、芳香类、类芳香、生物碱、甾体、萜类化合物组成,其中棕榈酸、叶绿醇、亚麻酸、1-十九烯、β-谷甾醇5种物质的含量相对较多,分别为17.15%、10.23%、27.24%、9.21%、12.11%。研究表明,青钱柳叶作为茶叶饮用对人体有很好的保健作用,特别是在治疗"三高症"方面有显著的效果。
[Abstract]:The chemical constituents of the petroleum ether extract from Salix chinensis were studied. The leaves of Salix wilfordii were extracted by petroleum ether, dried and dissolved with n-hexane. The chemical constituents were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (chromatography-mass spectrometrymetric GC-MS) method. The chemical constituents were determined by comparison and analysis between the mass spectrogram and the standard spectrum library. The relative content of various substances was calculated by the method of peak area normalization. The results showed that the chemical constituents of the petroleum ethers were mainly composed of aliphatic, aromatic, alkaloid, steroidal and terpene compounds, including palmitic acid, phlorophyllol, etc. The contents of linolenic acid 1-nordene and 尾 -sitosterol are relatively high, which are 17.1510. 23 and 27.249.21 and 12.11 respectively. The results showed that the leaf of Salix wilfordii had a good effect on health care, especially in the treatment of "three high symptoms".
