植物激素测定的挑战与方法学进展

【摘要】:植物激素虽为有机小分子但却调控了地球上所有植物的生长发育过程.唯其功能取决于含量水平,非准确测知而不能有所阐释.然而如何能从有限量、超复杂的鲜活植物机体中发现并测准痕量、超痕量的目标激素,却是瓶颈.国内外就此展开了不懈的研究,近年来有所突破但尚缺乏总结剖析.故本文尝试对此作一归纳,并展望其发展趋势.
[Abstract]:Plant hormones are organic small molecules but regulate the growth and development of all plants on Earth. Only its function depends on the level of content and cannot be explained without accurate measurement. However, it is a bottleneck how to find and measure trace and ultratrace target hormones from the organism of living plants with limited and ultra-complex. Domestic and foreign unremitting research has been carried out, in recent years, there are some breakthroughs, but still lack of summary analysis. Therefore, this article attempts to make a summary of this, and looks forward to its development trend.
