锡粉促进“一锅法”合成芳基三氟甲基取代高烯丙基酰肼类化合物

【摘要】:在三氟化硼乙醚(BF_3·OEt_2)促进下,以芳基三氟甲基酮、酰肼、烯丙基溴和锡粉为原料,"一锅法"合成了一系列含三氟甲基的高烯丙基酰肼类化合物.该方法具有收率高、适用范围广以及反应操作简便等优点.合成的三氟甲基高烯丙基酰肼类化合物是一类有效的三氟甲基合成砌块,可方便地转化为各类三氟甲基取代的含氮化合物.
[Abstract]:A series of high allyl hydrazides containing trifluoromethyl were synthesized by one-pot method with aryl trifluoromethyl ketone, acyl hydrazide, allyl bromide and tin powder as raw materials. The method has the advantages of high yield, wide range of application and simple operation. The synthesized trifluoromethyl hyperallyl hydrazides are a kind of effective trifluoromethyl synthetic block which can be easily converted into various trifluoromethyl substituted nitrogenous compounds.
