黄花列当中麦角甾苷的含量测定

【摘要】：通过TLC和HPLC法对黄花列当中主要化学成分麦角甾苷进行定性鉴别和含量测定的研究,结果证实列当中含麦角甾苷且麦角甾苷在0.0625~2.000μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(R2=0.9999),平均加样回收率为95.65%,RSD为1.15%.经过方法学论证,TLC和HPLC专属性强,含量测定方法简便、准确,重现性好,适用于黄花列当中麦角甾苷含量的测定.
[Abstract]:The qualitative identification and content determination of ergosteroside, the main chemical component, were studied by TLC and HPLC. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between ergosteroside and peak area in the range of 0.06250.000 渭 g. The average recovery was 95.65% and RSD was 1.15%. The method proved that TLC and HPLC were specific, the determination method was simple, accurate and reproducible, which was suitable for the determination of ergosteroside in Huanghua Rhizoma.
