改性USY分子筛催化愈创木酚乙酰化反应及动力学研究

【摘要】:以愈创木酚和乙酸酐为原料,在催化剂存在的条件下合成乙酰愈创木酚。以USY分子筛作为母体,用磷酸氢二铵改性USY分子筛,并通过实验优化出磷酸氢二铵改性USY分子筛的条件为:磷酸氢二铵浓度为0.132 g·m L~(-1),固液比为9:10,焙烧温度550℃,时间12 h。经正交试验优化出愈创木酚乙酰化的工艺条件为:n愈创木酚:n_((Ac)_2O)=1:1.4,催化剂质量为愈创木酚质量的10%,反应时间2 h,反应温度90℃。乙酰愈创木酚得率为89.85%。通过反应物浓度与时间之间的关系得出反应级数n=2。由不同温度下的反应速率常数,结合Arrhenius方程求得该反应的活化能Ea=34.182k J·mol~(-1),指前因子A=24469 L·(mol·min)~(-1)。
[Abstract]:Acetylguaiacol was synthesized from guaiacol and acetic anhydride in the presence of catalyst. USY molecular sieve was modified with diammonium hydrogen phosphate with USY molecular sieve as parent material.
