铁叶绿酸金属盐反应速率、平衡常数及结构研究

【摘要】:叶绿素衍生物种类繁多,应用广泛。目前可以普遍生产制备的有铜叶绿酸钠、铁叶绿酸钠、锌叶绿酸钠等。将铁叶绿酸钠作为反应物,使其与金属离子反应,生成难溶性铁叶绿酸金属盐。研究反应过程中的速率常数及表观活化能,测定难溶性铁叶绿酸金属盐的平衡常数。利用仪器分析手段研究难溶盐的结构,拓宽叶绿素衍生物的种类及应用范围。电导法测定了铁叶绿酸镁、钙、锶、锰、钴、镍、锌、铝、铬的反应速率常数、表观活化能。25℃时,其反应速率常数在0.1084 s-1~0.1951 s-1之间,它们均属于一级反应,且都是复分解反应;表观活化能在19.50~33.24 k J/mol之间。九种铁叶绿酸金属盐均属于速率很快的反应。通过IR、FTMS和TG联合分析铁叶绿酸金属盐的结构。确定铁叶绿酸铬的平均相对分子质量为2002.92,分子式为铁叶绿酸铬a盐:(C_(34)H_(30)O_5N_4Fe)_3Cr_2,铁叶绿酸铬b盐:(C_(34)H_(28)O_6N_4Fe)_3Cr_2。高分辨质谱正离子模式[M~+Na]~+下,确定了脱镁叶绿酸钙平均相对分子质量为1259.40,脱镁叶绿酸钙a、b分子式分别为:(C_(34)H_(32)O_5N_4)_2Ca_2Na、(C_(34)H_(30)O_6N_4)_2Ca_2Na。M~(3+)与铁叶绿酸钠的结合比为2:3,M~(2+)与铁叶绿酸钠的结合比为1:1。分光光度法为研究手段,获得铁叶绿酸钙、镁、锶、钴、锰、镍、锌、铝以及铬的溶度积常数,并比较了同一类型铁叶绿酸金属盐的溶解度。采用等摩尔连续变化法和摩尔比法测定出叶绿酸-Fe~(~(2+))配位摩尔比npheo:n Fe为1:1,K稳为3.8763×10~6,对两种方法评估的结果:相对平均偏差为1.79%,考虑误差来源,认为两种方法无显著性差异。
[Abstract]:There are many kinds of chlorophyll derivatives and they are widely used. At present, it can be widely used to produce sodium copperchloric acid, sodium ferrochloric acid, sodium zinc folate and so on. Sodium iron leaf green acid was used as reactant to react with metal ion to form insoluble metal salt of iron leaf green acid. The rate constant and apparent activation energy during the reaction were studied, and the equilibrium constants of insoluble iron chloric acid metal salts were determined. The structure of insoluble salt was studied by means of instrumental analysis, and the variety and application of chlorophyll derivatives were broadened. The reaction rate constants of magnesium, calcium, strontium, manganese, cobalt, nickel, zinc, aluminum and chromium were determined by conductance method. The reaction rate constants of mg, Ca, Sr, mn, Co, Ni, Zn, Al and Cr were in the range of 0.1084 s ~ (-1) 0.1951 s ~ (-1) when the apparent activation energy was .25 鈩,
