不同生长期留兰香精油含量与品质评价

【摘要】:按照ISO6571-2008标准方法对不同生长期南京产留兰香的精油含量进行测定,并利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对精油成分进行分析。结果发现,从6月到10月,留兰香精油含量先升高后降低,8月末最高,达3.95%;从精油得率的角度考虑,8月下旬到9月中旬为最佳采收期。精油主要成分为香芹酮(约60%~70%)和柠檬烯(约20%~35%);除个别时期外,香芹酮含量符合ISO3033国际标准要求,柠檬烯含量高于标准值。此外含量较高的成分还有蒎烯(0.7%~1.38%),左旋-β-蒎烯(0.77%~1.58%),月桂烯(0.62%~1.27%),L-薄荷酮(0.67%~1.56%)等。以上结果为南京产留兰香的开发利用提供了依据。
[Abstract]:According to ISO6571-2008 standard method, the essential oil content in different growing periods of Chinese Cartholae in Nanjing was determined, and the components of essential oil were analyzed by GC-MS. The content of essential oil was determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The results showed that from June to October, the content of essential oil increased first and then decreased to 3.95, and from the point of view of the yield of essential oil, the best harvest period was from late August to mid-September. The main components of essential oil are carvone (about 60%) and limonene (about 20%), except for a few periods, the content of carvone conforms to the international standard ISO 3033, and the content of limonene is higher than the standard value. In addition, the higher contents of pinene (0.7%), L-尾 -pinene (0.77%), lauryl (0.62%) and menthone (0.671.56%) were also found. The above results provide the basis for the development and utilization of Chinese lucifera produced in Nanjing.
