基于双指标分析法和聚类分析法的花椒红外指纹图谱研究

【摘要】:为探索建立一种有效鉴别花椒产地的方法,以17份不同产地花椒为原料,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱技术结合双指标分析法和聚类分析法研究不同产地花椒之间亲缘远近关系,并对花椒红外二阶导数光谱图进行分析比较,研究花椒所含特征物质与产地之间的关系。结果表明,不同产地花椒红外光谱图频率分布基本一致,但在3 500~2 800cm~(-1)和1 700~1 000cm~(-1)两个波段中吸收峰数目和强度存在差异;应用双指标分析法可精确地表示样品间的亲缘关系;红外图谱经二阶导数处理,将特征峰峰高值导入SPSS 22.0软件进行聚类分析,17个花椒样品被分为五类。试验探索出了一种简便、有效的花椒产地鉴别方法。
[Abstract]:In order to establish an effective method to identify the origin of Zanthoxylum bungeanum L., 17 samples of Zanthoxylum bungeanum L. from different areas were used as raw materials. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) combined with double index analysis and cluster analysis were used to study the relationship between the relatives of Zanthoxylum bungeanum from different areas. The infrared second derivative spectra of Zanthoxylum bungeanum were analyzed and compared to study the relationship between the characteristic substances contained in Zanthoxylum bungeanum and its origin. The results showed that the frequency distribution of infrared spectra of Zanthoxylum bungeanum from different areas was basically the same, but there were differences in the number and intensity of absorption peaks in 2 800 cm ~ (-1) and 1 700 ~ (1 000) cm ~ (-1) bands. The infrared spectra were treated with second derivative, and the peak height was introduced into SPSS22.0 software for cluster analysis. 17 pepper samples were classified into five categories. A simple and effective method to identify the origin of Zanthoxylum bungeanum L.
